Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. When you purchase a policy online or over the phone with us, before anything is set up, we make you aware that Policy Expert is registered as a Credit Broker with the Financial Conduct Authority, and we arrange monthly payments with the lender Premium Credit. As Premium Credit are a regulated company, they are responsible for conducting checks before fully setting up your agreement with them. There could be various reasons that they are unable to establish an agreement with you, but I appreciate that this must be inconvenient. I must just stress that Premium Credit do need to ensure that they are lending responsibly and adhering to regulatory requirements.
