“Due to moving house I needed to Insure the new property at exchange of contracts, and had my current address already insured. I selected a call back as I was 8th in line, to save holding, I received the call about 15 minutes later. The Adviser understood exactly what was required, regarding the two properties, and cancelled and replaced my insurance to suit my needs. Everything was explained, regarding the new cover, payment and refund. Very impressed with the service I received.”
