“Cancelled my renewal after changing my address, also charged £1.64 for changing my address, i know its not a lot but they dont have an option to do so online so had to ring them. So, thousands of customers get charged/ripped off for changing the address, which if theft. As this function should be free and available online. Not talking canceling my renewal. waste of pis' of sh@t”

Unfortunately, any changes in your details can affect whether we can offer a quotation as these are subject to our underwriter's criteria. Changing your details, including changing your address, can also affect your premium as all changes are subject to our underwriting rates. “Didn't charge me for leaving, so I came back when we moved house. great customer service no long waits on the phone. as a rule, I don't go back to a company if they charge me for ending the contract early. Don't try and hide your number either, pushing customers online is irritating, I like to speak to a person.”

“WEll I have not made a claim and hope I do not have to but the price was over £30 cheaper than my renewal so I'm on a winner before I start. Its a time when we all need to save every penny that we can so I have nothing to lose!”
