“Jack from the New Business team was brilliant. We had to wait until we had exchanged contracts before we could set up our policy and it took longer than anticipated. Jack called back every time he said he would avd was very patient in setting new call times and emailing us for updates. We got there eventually and Jack took us through buying our policy and made it a simple process.”

“Have used COOP and Direct line in the past but they had put up the premium from past years. Did a search and came up with Policy Expert which ticked all the boxes and was quite a bit cheaper. Have gone ahead and purchased House & Contents. Very simple process.”
