“Just taken out a new home policy. Very pleased with the price and service. Used the online chat service with a query, helpful staff and email copy of the conversation sent for confirmation. 4 stars at present as not needed to make a claim so unable to comment on this.”

“Excellent premium and reasonably simple application. Just one concern: I included on the application 2 specified pieces of jewellery but these were not shown on the summary of cover. I had to go back into the application to make sure that they were there.”
