“Where do I start I wish I could give no stars, I started comparing quotes for myself, wife and home and car insurance via some comparable Website and I have never dealt with such a ridiculous company, unprofessional, non existent customer service and honestly have no idea what they are doing, they have messed up quotes, increased quotes from the comparable website, with no explanation or knowledge how it’s happening. Accusing me of falsifying information, even after speaking with 3 managers still havnt got anywhere, the original manager was supposed to set up the car insurance for us and has messed up somehow resulting in the underwriters voiding the insurance, please don’t be fooled by the cheap price as it definitely reflects the idiots they have working for them and service they have, they have breached data protection numerous times and just keep saying they don’t know how, that phrase must me in there training”

“I would thoroughly recommend Policy Expert as they not only offer a very competitive price but their claims service is second to none. Having had the miss-fortune of suffering a fire in our kitchen last year, the whole process was dealt with very professionally via Trinity Claims, their department responsible for this, and the work needed was carried out quickly and very professionally. “Although very enthusiastic and appeared polite tie call handler who rang rushed me even when I explained I couldn't go that fast. Whilst I appreciate you beat other quotes I wanted to double check what was part of policy after confusion when I joined you last year and your third party claim company failed to even come out to see my broken boiler controls despite me then paying extra for emergency. Although you refunded the emergency part it left sour taste so took a lot to go back with you. Price was attractive but I am very concerned how helpful you'd really be if I had a claim ever. You call handler rushed me a lot and at times didn't listen to some things which worries me since signing up again - do you really take customer care seriously? You rang me after I emailed to ask you didn't auto renew. That conversation lead to a better price than the insurer I had in mind by a lot. I've never ever claimed.”

“Home insurance is something we all buy but hope we'll never have to use so writing a review on an insurance policy is impossible without being in that awful situation, however, the procedure for application for this policy was one of the easiest I have ever encountered, the app is very simple and straightforward to use and the questions are equally easy, the prices quoted are very competitive and the whole process takes just a few minutes .”
