“Abysmal service regarding a Storm Damage . Be wary ! They used Google Earth to ‘virtually’ inspect my toppled wall . They have now cancelled my Policy, based on their error, leaving me uninsured . I have learnt a lesson - the cheapest Policy sounds great, until you need support & service with a Claim .”

“Was looking for buildings and contents insurance and used many comparison sites. Policy Expert came out the cheapest and also the most comprehensive service i.e. legal services included whereas with many other companies, you had to add on this feature. Read loads of reviews and also found out my parents have their policy with Policy Expert which they highly recommended, so I went ahead and purchased. Documents were immediately uploaded to the online portal, which makes things so much easier to manage! The proof will be IF (I sincerely hope never!) I ever need to claim, but for now, it's been a hassle-free and good experience.”

“The person I spoke to when I used the call centre number extremely helpful. He talked me through what was needed in terms I could understand and follow. I hope I don’t need to contact you again, but if he is typical of your staff I feel confident I will get excellent service.”
