“I have a few policy’s with Policy Expert. They always offer a great price, efficient service and easy to use sign up. Whenever I have had to contact them they are always helpful and answer really quickly!! Would always recommend Policy Expert for a good service and well priced policy!”

“Always courteous, and friendly, even after a million questions! Have used Policy Expert for Home Insurance for the past 2 years. Haven't had to make a claim from them as yet (thankfully!) so can't rate them on this. Prices are always comparable.”

“Absolutely terrible insurance company. Please do not insure with them!! They have voided our house insurance because of superficial cracks after telling us on the application form they didn't need to know about none structural cracks.They are a bunch of cowboys and caused us so much stress. Please use a different insurance company!!!!”

“I ultimately got a good deal from Policy Expert, but I did need to call to get that improved. My renewal quote was not competitive - an increase (as usual) of 30% - ultimately negotiated this down and customer support were very flexible in timings for me to talk with them and helpful when we did speak”
