“I'm giving average score because I was asked to give a review, but I fail to see how it could have been any different. I needed insurance, I paid for insurance through a comparison site, now I have insurance. This to me doesn't deserve anything more than average score. There is nothing that can be done to improve this and nothing that could make it worse. If I needed to make a claim then I could give a more accurate score based on customer service. Hopefully I won't need to.”

“As a new client, I cannot make a judgement. Not much in the way of communication. My hope is that as for the past 10+ years withou a claim, I will not need to contact them. The reviews were good but it is a completely new name to me (as an oldie).”
