“Member of staff was very helpful and got me a better quote than what was initially sent in the post. Would have got full marks if you sent best quote to begin with.”

“I contacted customer services to enquire about my renewal and as well as resolving my problem, my annual renewal price was also lowered. It only took a matter of minutes and means it’s one less thing for me to have to worry about. I would recommend Policy Expert to my friends and family.”

“I emailed a customer service agent called Jim and advised him when to call me to discuss my renewal . He called as requested and give a all discount on the quote so was more than happy to renew thanks for going the extra yard.”

“They answered all my questions re the renewal of my premium. All matters relating to the policy were covered and I was informed about additional cover available should I have required it. The renewal premium was only £1 more than last year - very good value for money.”
