“Now this is how an online web experience should be - easy to use, intuitive to navigate around and so simple to get to closure. The experience was so good I had no hesitation in extending insurance to a second vehicle when it came up for renewal. I would definitely recommend this online insurer, and no I am not being paid to do so.”

“The lady I was speaking to was great but it took 3 weeks for someone to come out and look at my car the engineer couldn't be bothered coming himself had to send some body else To look at it I was up and down trying my best to get pictures of the car for him which was costing me and in the end it was a total loss”

“Hope and pray you never had to claim if you do decide to be insured by QuoteMeHappy - their level of service is the most awful I have ever had the displeasure to experience. I can't wait to pay a little more for an insurance company that actually supports those it insures. I'm strongly advise you to do the same!”

“quoted 1 price based on no claims,which was a letter from my company,they then wouldn,t accept this as proof of no claims and gave me another very high quote,never use again”

“Providing no claims discount proof was almost impossible ! The renewal information from my last insurer was not acceptable but they didn't tell me why - just kept rejecting it. There appears to be no way of contact for normal queries. I eventually contacted my old insurer for a letter stating clearly my NCD (which didn't seem to me to be any different to the information I had already provided), which they accepted.”

“I like the fact that the customer has a choice, we can either call and we get excellent customer service. Or if you don't want to speak to anyone, jump on the website and it does all the changes to your policy quickly and clearly. No hassle. Really happy customer!!”

“Sometimes it is nice to speak to someone and everything seems to be online with your company. Fortunately, we have not had to make a claim, so not sure how easy it would be to contact you by telephone. Other than that we have a very competitive quote so hope it stays that way when it's renewal time!”

“Found it frustrating to get copies of no claim documents forwarded to company. After many photos of documents they kept saying that it was not clear enough and threatening to cancel policy and charge me for not doing this on time. As i had already paid for my insurance i could not afford to pay another. I will nor be renewing with quote me happy.”

“I was changing my car and had to contact them by email as my car was not on their list. This was on 10th March. They did not reply. I therefore had to cancel my insurance with them and re insure with another insurer. They did try unsuccessfully to contact me on the 12th March but I was collecting my new car on that day. They were too late. If they offer an online only service then they must have an up to date website and be able to reply to emails without delay. Ceri Morgan”
