“I found this all a nightmare at the time, I found it hard to send the documents, I had problems and had to get my neighbour in to help. Also the fact that I can't contact them by phone is also difficult.”

“I recently bought a new car, it was easy to transfer the insurance online. I also recieved a refund as my new cars insurance was cheaper than my old one. The money was in my account the next day. Very happy with the service i recieved.”

“Quick and easy, with good value for money. Haven't had to make a claim so don't know what they are like about this. Disappointed I couldn't transfer no claims discount from a van to a car, which is my only vehicle. Other than that, perfectly good.”
