“Awful company. Terrible customer seevice. Repeatedly ignored the content of my emails. Messed up my payments and then told me i still owed them two months worth of payments after having previously told me my balance was settled! Ridiculous that you cannot contact by phone. Sorry but this type of company does not work”
“Although the insurance was very reasonable and seemed like an excellent idea, I found it very frustrating providing my No Claims Bonus. Everything was supplied correctly from my previous insurer but Quote Me Happy kept rejecting it until it was supplied complete with, what was in effect, a letter from the insurer stating that the NCB they had supplied was true!? Something in all my years of owning a car have never experienced. Very frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone direct. The whole transaction took a lot longer than it should and made me seriously consider looking elsewhere. I just hope that IF I have to make a claim the process is easier, smoother and a lot less hassle.”
“Spent an hour on the phone being spoken to like a piece of rubbish. No damage to my car but £1000 to theirs, wasn't even in the accident they claim. Phoned up just to say I think they'd try and claim against me. Awful company.”

I thorght this part of your servise was very poor. If you could send so some out i would be very greatfull. “Very easy to set up, but if you have a query or problem it all starts to fall apart. I purchased a new car and still needed to cover my old one as well till I sold it but they refused (this has not been a problem before with previous insurers). So I ended up having to cancel altogether which then cost me a VERY large administration fee. Would not go with this type of insurer ever again and definitely would not recommend!”
“I found this all a nightmare at the time, I found it hard to send the documents, I had problems and had to get my neighbour in to help. Also the fact that I can't contact them by phone is also difficult.”

“Quick and easy, with good value for money. Haven't had to make a claim so don't know what they are like about this. Disappointed I couldn't transfer no claims discount from a van to a car, which is my only vehicle. Other than that, perfectly good.”
