“They did not make clear that policy I was taking out did not take into account a year no claims as a named driver on my daughters policy as being acceptable. I had loan of the car for a year before I purchased it. I am the only driver in my household and normally drive a motorhome which has full no claims bonus protected.”

“My car been hit by an other driver, when I reporte it, they put it under vandalism and they want me to claim from my own policy just to avoid paying to get a police report and challenging the third party. I still didn't hear from them and this happened 4months ago”

“Received emails from a No-reply address. To contact them was via the website, which was more of a pain than it needed to be as I had to enter various details - email address (which they of course already had) policy number etc (if I remember right, it's a year or so ago) even though I was logged on to my part of the site using a password. Apart from that everything went fairly smoothly. A bit of to-ing and fro-ing to clarify NCD entitlement but it wasn't Quotemehappy's fault.”
