To contact them was via the website, which was more of a pain than it needed to be as I had to enter various details - email address (which they of course already had) policy number etc (if I remember right, it's a year or so ago) even though I was logged on to my part of the site using a password.
Apart from that everything went fairly smoothly. A bit of to-ing and fro-ing to clarify NCD entitlement but it wasn't Quotemehappy's fault.”
“I contacted the provider regarding a possible claim for a slight bump in a supermarket car park when I was accused of damaging a car whilst parking, which I was not responsible for anyway , I was dealt with courteosly and queries were answered putting my mind at rest. No claim was made but it would only have been for a small paint job anyway.”

Once cover was cancelled they have harassed me with up to 5 times a day by calling me to check how happy I was with my cover!?
