“A) you cannot set your own direct debit date! Absolute nonsense who wants their direct debits coming out 3 days before pay day?!?!?
B) you cannot talk to a human, which is fine if they reply to any other communication device ... Which they don't.
C) I cannot cancel my policy online

“Absolute waste of time and money. Refused to accept documents online and threatened to cancel and force me to pay. Gave me no choice than to go to another company who gave a better quote and have a real person to communicate with (not a computer). Insure with this company and when you need them you will find out you made a big mistake.”

I have spent more time trying to sort out my very straightforward car insurance with "Quote me happy" than the rest of my car insurances put together.
It's probably OK if everything goes smoothly but they cannot cope when it doesn't.”
“Do not use this company. You cannot speak with anyone. They only send automated emails no matter what the query. I have uploaded my NCD evidence 3 times; it meets all criteria, and is for a policy that expired in last 18 months. They just keep sending automated emails telling me that it is outside 24 months. Submitting a query on website gets nowhere. Avoid this company. The frustration isn't worth a few pounds.”

When I recently left for another insurer I was informed that I've lost my NO CLAIMS DISCOUNT as there was a claim against me over 1 year ago. I had no knowledge of this claim and was never told when it began or what the outcome was, couldn't even defend myself. Currently I'm seeking advice on how to get this dealt with.

Didn't make it clear beforehand that out of my 7 years NCB the last 2 being on a company vehicle, cancels out the other 5 pervious to that from a private vehicle, so now I have to cancel the policy 1 month in, where I will be charged £53 for doing so and lose my £71 deposit.

“Be careful. I got overcharged and have to pay out far more than I should have, when hit by a foreign driver (proven to be not my fault). They make things very difficult, and seem to have a we are always right and we will not budge attitude.
