Perfectly ok until something goes wrong - and then you're in for a run around. You CANNOT speak to anyone unless you are making a claim. When they say it's an online company, that's exactly what they are. They messed up my NCD and I could not get them to change their mistake. AVOID!! They're not the best value for money in any rate, I got a much better deal - excellent customer service from Churchill!!!

Put the claim through to them and haven't heard anything since, renewal has gone up by more than £150 per month even thou 8 years protected no claims.

Truly awful company. Advertise 24/7 0345 number, make money on it while they drag you through a lengthy menu then give you a recorded message saying they are closed. Seriously doubt that they are compliant with the FCA in treating customers so badly. AVOID.

I insured my car with quote me happy via compare the meerkats , please avoid!!! They are the worse customer service people I have ever had to deal with they will take maybe 2 or more days to email you back if you have a problem! , I was discriminated because I have I'm dislestic , as they told me we would suggest you get another company that would suit you better due to my disability , as if I'm not ashamed about it enough I get more discriminated , also they needed proof of address I recently moved to my sons so sent of all my details but I done the paperwork wrong as I don't understand much, they got send back to me so I had to resend them off quite me happy told me that I have 7 days to get my paper work or they will cancel my policy but dvla take up to 6 weeks and not to mention its bank holiday ! Can't believe how disgraceful this company is and they won't give me any money back as of yet please I would advice to go to another company

Most useful bunch of c***s I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Poor customer service, asked me for a utility bill for my address when I don't have one and wouldn't accept bank statements and then cancelled my policy as a result. Nisiforos in the customer service team is extremely rude, and appears to be quite condescending. Save yourself the bother and shop elsewhere!!!

Should be called quote me unhappy. Had problems uploading ncd. Then i decided to cancel. Which i did but i still recurved an email from them. I told them i had cancelled but they had no information about it on their system although it even told me how much refund i was due. I cancelled again today and the cancellation fee had gone up. You can not speak to anyone and have to communicate by email. It's so unprofessional.

Good up until the point where you need to change you're vehicle, refused to cover my new car outright which left me in a very difficult situation in regards to transport to and from work.Staff and the complaints procedure is about as much use as a trap door in a canoe, refusing insurance halfway through the policy therefore losing me half a year no claims bonus Like all insurance companies they find any excuse they can to legally squeeze money out of you and bend the rules when it suits them. Disgusting service I would follow it up with trading standards if I had the time. Yours sincerely a very diappointed customer.

Uploaded ncd got a email back every thing is fine. Then got numerous emails saying upload proof of no claims bonus then a letter saying policy will be cancelled on12 5 2016 i have since uploaded proof of no claims bonus several times emailEd them several times had no response back from them i will be cancelling policy at weekend this is a on-line scam totally disgusted with the service avoid at all times will be calling insurance ombudsman over this message. Seems to me they just want your money then send you a letter telling you how there going to charge 53 pounds for cancellation fee 50 pounds for cutting you off policy and another charge for few days policy you have had.and then to top it off in went on mid motor insurance data Base to find out my registration number came back as a skoda4x4 and not my shogun sport explainEd all this in emails no reply yet probably wasn't covered by quotemehappy anyway total waste of money will be asking for a refund never use this company ever again

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Impossible to contact them by phone, just possible to send e-mail which you have to wait minimum 24h to get a simple answer! Awful company

A) you cannot set your own direct debit date! Absolute nonsense who wants their direct debits coming out 3 days before pay day?!?!? B) you cannot talk to a human, which is fine if they reply to any other communication device ... Which they don't. C) I cannot cancel my policy online .... Absolute worse service ever AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolute waste of time and money. Refused to accept documents online and threatened to cancel and force me to pay. Gave me no choice than to go to another company who gave a better quote and have a real person to communicate with (not a computer). Insure with this company and when you need them you will find out you made a big mistake.

An ongoing disaster. I have spent more time trying to sort out my very straightforward car insurance with "Quote me happy" than the rest of my car insurances put together. It's probably OK if everything goes smoothly but they cannot cope when it doesn't.

Do not use this company. You cannot speak with anyone. They only send automated emails no matter what the query. I have uploaded my NCD evidence 3 times; it meets all criteria, and is for a policy that expired in last 18 months. They just keep sending automated emails telling me that it is outside 24 months. Submitting a query on website gets nowhere. Avoid this company. The frustration isn't worth a few pounds.

I feel really let down. I have been with this company for three years. My premiums were the best (very cheap). When I recently left for another insurer I was informed that I've lost my NO CLAIMS DISCOUNT as there was a claim against me over 1 year ago. I had no knowledge of this claim and was never told when it began or what the outcome was, couldn't even defend myself. Currently I'm seeking advice on how to get this dealt with. Just be careful, maybe it's cheap for a reason

Awful website. No contact number if you have issues. Could not add 21 year old daughter to policy. When insurance cancelled took £58 administration fee returning £15. Avoid this company and their parent company AVIVA. Outrageous treatment of customers.
