“I Issued 17 years no claims. Decided to leave after one year and not renew my policy, they will only issue me with 9 years no claims despite not raising any claims (because it's their company policy) despite me calling at the syart of my policy last year & being told its been noted on my account to issue 18 years and yet they had the ordacaty to tell me to ring my new insurance company to say I wouldn't be able to prove the 18 years I'm entitled to and it would probably invalidate my insurance!!! I've raised a complaint and like loads of other unhappy customers have gone to the FCA. I'm usually such a calm person, but I was absolutely livid on the phone. They are truly shocking. I honeatly hope with enough complaints they will be shut down!! The are nothing but fraudsters.”

“Do not bother with this phantom Car Insurance Company who hide behind the internet, First year you will get a fair price and the next years the policy will go up by 33% You wont see " new quote" notification and if ad when you cancel you will get stitched up with a £50 fee. I went to Direct Line and they gave a much lower quote plus real people who you can speak to "Quote me Unhappy" waste of space . go elsewhere”

“Fine till try to claim. Informed me burst tyre is a 'road traffic accident' rather than being covered under breakdown.
Started online claims process at 5pm with a phone at roadside with 2 kids under age 4.
Nice lady I spoke to rep for RAC/QMH didn't seem to have info on garages available in Glasgow on Sat night for tyre repair....
Paid RAC through QMH £169 to get picked up 'as a priority' to get Tyre fixed that Saturday night. Garage closed 7.30pm. I was finally picked up by 911 at 8pm.......tyre to be fixed now Monday....who had the information they were attending 3 adults.
Pickup in a 10 mile radius would've cost £66 if I'd called 911 myself at 5pm...and likely would've not taken 3h.
Rip off and seriously unimpressed.”

Quote me happy automatically renewed my car insurance policy for another year making it MORE expensive than my current year even though i have no claims insurance AND they did this without informing me and therefore, without consent. They do not appreciate current customers only new customers!!! New customers are offered 20% cheaper car insurance. For me to opt out, they want to charge me 52 pound. I am taking this to the financial ombudsman. I was looking forward to having more money this year as i wouldn't have to spend so much on car insurance as i was a first year driver. Now instead i am paying MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:( If they have the audacity to do this to an existing excellent customer without a care in the world i can only imagine what they will like if i ever have to make a claim”
“Set up my direct debit for the 18th of every month despite me requesting the 24th as it's payday and will not let me change it. What a ridiculous policy! Also cannot contact them via the phone unless you're claiming and it takes at least 24 hours for them to reply to emails. Will not be renewing, don't be fooled by the cheap price!”
“Perfectly ok until something goes wrong - and then you're in for a run around. You CANNOT speak to anyone unless you are making a claim. When they say it's an online company, that's exactly what they are. They messed up my NCD and I could not get them to change their mistake. AVOID!! They are the worse customer service people I have ever had to deal with they will take maybe 2 or more days to email you back if you have a problem! , I was discriminated because I have I'm dislestic , as they told me we would suggest you get another company that would suit you better due to my disability , as if I'm not ashamed about it enough I get more discriminated , also they needed proof of address I recently moved to my sons so sent of all my details but I done the paperwork wrong as I don't understand much, they got send back to me so I had to resend them off quite me happy told me that I have 7 days to get my paper work or they will cancel my policy but dvla take up to 6 weeks and not to mention its bank holiday ! Poor customer service, asked me for a utility bill for my address when I don't have one and wouldn't accept bank statements and then cancelled my policy as a result. Nisiforos in the customer service team is extremely rude, and appears to be quite condescending. Save yourself the bother and shop elsewhere!!!”
“Should be called quote me unhappy. Had problems uploading ncd. Then i decided to cancel. Which i did but i still recurved an email from them. I told them i had cancelled but they had no information about it on their system although it even told me how much refund i was due. I cancelled again today and the cancellation fee had gone up. You can not speak to anyone and have to communicate by email. It's so unprofessional.”
“Good up until the point where you need to change you're vehicle, refused to cover my new car outright which left me in a very difficult situation in regards to transport to and from work.Staff and the complaints procedure is about as much use as a trap door in a canoe, refusing insurance halfway through the policy therefore losing me half a year no claims bonus Like all insurance companies they find any excuse they can to legally squeeze money out of you and bend the rules when it suits them. Disgusting service I would follow it up with trading standards if I had the time. Yours sincerely a very diappointed customer.”
“Uploaded ncd got a email back every thing is fine. Then got numerous emails saying upload proof of no claims bonus then a letter saying policy will be cancelled on12 5 2016 i have since uploaded proof of no claims bonus several times emailEd them several times had no response back from them i will be cancelling policy at weekend this is a on-line scam totally disgusted with the service avoid at all times will be calling insurance ombudsman over this message. Seems to me they just want your money then send you a letter telling you how there going to charge 53 pounds for cancellation fee 50 pounds for cutting you off policy and another charge for few days policy you have had.and then to top it off in went on mid motor insurance data Base to find out my registration number came back as a skoda4x4 and not my shogun sport explainEd all this in emails no reply yet probably wasn't covered by quotemehappy anyway total waste of money will be asking for a refund never use this company ever again”
