“Appalling ! Only one response over 2 months in and that was a month after to ask for documents I'd already sent ! Had they even looked at my claim properly ?! No response to emails apart from automated however hard I try . Making a horrible experience worse.

9 years no claims, no claims made, no points on license etc.

“My house buildings & contents renewal came through today. The premium is increasing from £250 to £337 pa, that’s 35%! How can they possibly justify this? No claims, no change in circumstances. This is nothing but persecution of loyal customers. Needless to say I’ll be shopping around on Monday. I bet if I was a new customer….. maybe a case for involving the Ombudsman.”

This company made the contract itself, without my permission. It is not possible to cancel the contract. No option on the website to cancel the contract. Chat is useless. There is no option to communicate via email. I don't have time for hour-long teleconferences over the phone. I do not recommend it!”

The other party accepted full liability in the middle of August. We have not had our 'deposit' returned as of today, 19th October. The repair was unsatisfactory which we reported in full over the phone and despite promising that this would be fixed we have heard nothing further. The car was in the repair shop for more than two weeks and although a replacement car was included in our cover, none was provided. We will NEVER insure with Co-op insurance again. Although we have requested the refund of our deposit over the phone and in writing we have still not been repaid and have heard nothing from our insurers.\r\n\r\nNB. I have had to review 'food' to submit this review even though it is not applicable!"”
