We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“The technician connected a new router and TV box to our modem, but failed to check his work. He has disconnected our TV from the Internet and we have now lost our connection to Netflix and You Tube. I request the technician returns to complete the job.”

“A quick call and Reuben was appointed to help me assemble my 10K PC. Reuben was quick to work and was finished mainly with the build in 2 hours and thirty minutes. A speedy time for a huge case (Corsair Obsidian 1000D) The graphics card wouldn't boot up and windows 10 wouldn't install properly but Reuben worked hard inbetween his jobs today to get it all up and running. I'm currently writing the feedback from this new computer that runs like a dream. To make a long story short, give that technician a raise. He was friendly reliable and he was helpful with questions that I had about the build. I will be using Geeks on Wheels in future if I do need anymore help. Cheers. Roy Turner.”

“Hi. Although the main issue seemed to have been corrected whilst Peter was here and finished, the issue has returned the very next time we logged on. Namely FB and Gmail not remembering passwords. we have top log in email+ password each time it opens. very annoying. However peter himself self had a good CS manner and his communication was good, The rating does not reflect the whole experience with GOW . but my own annoyance. Isure you'll help rectify. Please advise. Deane Rogers”

“Highly recommend Geeks on Wheels. Rueben was amazing. I’ve spent hours trying to fix my computer and at times the frustration levels were at maximum. Rueben came in & spotted the issue and in 45 mins it was all sorted. He even split my hour over two visits so he could come back to help wipe it before I sold it. Love this service!!”
