We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“could not fault Yuri in anything he said.He was upfront with us regarding our computer and very helpful in giving us advice on what we should do.As we are senior citizens he recommended to us that as we don't really need a desktop setup anymore a Tablet would be the next best thing.There was no hard selling regarding a desktop computer,only very friendly chat. Yuri was the best computer technician we have had ,it may have taken longer than the hour,but was worth every penny. Many many thanks for sending him to us.”

“The tech guys were very friendly and worked hard to complete the works. A couple of points for improvement maybe. - possibly make people aware of how long you think it will take to sort the issue. Wasn't aware till I paid that 4.5hrs was ticked up. As obviously they did some work back at the office. - hand out the scratch and win and then didn't actually discount it off the bill. Change of email from a different provider seems to be working well. Thanks for the work.”

“Were quite unhelpful, had no recommendations about how to fix laptop, took it away and had to chase up only to be told it was unfixable. Was sent an invoice 5 months later for an hour's call out that took 10 minutes and could have been done over the phone. Pretty unhappy”

“Very happy with the service and especially with Paul he really goes above and beyond whenever he has been here. Please let him know that 2degrees sorted out the information I needed and yesterday my friend got the 2 tablets sorted so both now up and running 🙂”
