Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Chance was a delight. Arrived punctually. Sorted our technology in a calm, professional and respectful manner. He explained what he was doing and was very patient as we were installing and changing our systems. Nothing was a bother to him - he incorporated our additions and changes (of mind sometimes) with aplomb! Would ask for Chance by name next time we have to use the Geeks on Wheels (Let's hope thats not too soon:)”

“aaron was nice and new his stuff .however the compance of the first contact were slow to get back to me . they new i needed the laptop but only gave a time of beetween 12 & 5 who sits around all day waiting . after getting my own laptop they still charged over $700 for what i saw 2hrs work so very exspencive will probably look els where next time .”

“This is an amazing service. My need was great after a really traumatic experience with a scammer . Ben listened, empathised and explained what the service woud entail and then sensitively went about to check my laptop, ipad and two phones for any malware and inappropriate apps. A report was provided for use with the bank - thank you”

“Original request was sent by email over the long weekend, I followed up with live chat mid week to be informed that there were several requests made over the weekend. I followed up with a phone call and was assigned a technician 3 days later. Great service, great knowledge”
