Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Val was brilliant. On-time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! He resolved my email migration from Openhost server to Microsoft Exchange, encountering and solving many technical issues on the way and trouble shooting with a colleague who assisted by remote desk on my PC. Email was successfully setup, and I couldn't be happier with the service.”

“I was very pleased with the way Ryan dealt with the task required of him. It was not straight forward or easy by any means and needed much patience. His calm manner and knowledge of what had to be done gave me confidence in his ability to solve a difficult problem. Also his patience dealing with an elderly and not terribly computer savvy lady is to be commended. Well done Ryan”

“When you don’t know a lot about technology you love that there is someone who does and can help. But you need to trust that they are working for you, to help you. Today I felt I was over charged on a job that took way too long and info was inconsistent.”

Hi Sharon, thanks for your feedback, much appreciated. Sorry to heat that things took longer than expected. It looks like you where charged .25 hrs over the minimum (1.25 hrs in total) and the issues appear to have been resolved. We also charge in .25 increments so was there perhaps some miscommunication from our side around costs and times etc.? Our GM will be in touch directly to discuss this with you

“Dan was very professional and helpful with problems regarding laptop and printer, scanning and e-mailing. He is always on time and sends a reminder of his call a few days ahead which is also appreciated. There were no delivery of particular item, just a visit at my home.”

“Thank you for sending Val out to see me today. I had a new computer set up for me by Geeks on Wheels in Feb 2020 and shortly after the technician left I notice that all my photos had not been copied over; I could not send emails from my i phone; my outlook contacts had not been copied over; I could not open MYOB on my old computer anymore - these were issues relating to the setup of my new computer in Feb and that is what I asked Val to fix today. I believe these should have been tested and checked by your technician in Feb and that is why I was disappointed with having to pay again today. Thank you.”

“Ryan the technician was excellent and explained technical computer language so i could understand the issues i have with my laptop I will use him again if he is available and GOW were superb in staying in touch with me. I would give Ryan a ten star tick never mind the five !! .”
