About Geeks on Wheels:

Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Thank you. Great service Jacob listened to the problem I was having and set about to resolve it. Turned out it wasn't a simple fix so he opted to work on it with the help of others in the team and I believe it has come to a successful resolution. The response to how quick? made an appointment immediately and had to wait several days before they could fit me in - no matter as it was a long term problem.”

“Satisfactory Job, well done. I appreciated the teaching approach and the willingness to sort out email on the old computer with our Microsoft technician. Only glitch is that you have my surname incorrect. It is Bickers not Vickers. Spelt with a B not a.V. Please amend your database thank you.”

“Initial phone contact excellent, appointment details and costs clearly explained. Initial home visit very good. Computer and printer issues clearly explained. When I decided on a new computer and printer, the options for purchase were clearly shown, and price comparisons obtained from an independent retail outlet - Harvey Norman. My old hard drive was removed and all my computer information transferred to the new one. The return visit to install the new computer and printer was excellent. The computer was set up and configured to my personal use and all aspects of the new printer clearly shown. I need to add that a great deal was obtained on the new printer”

“JP was very clear, friendly, and helpful. He explained the issues my laptop was having using great analogies. And he fixed everything on the spot quickly and provided recommendations for the next 12 months or so. The only downside was having to wait a week for someone to come and assess my laptop (from the time of my call).”
