We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

“Friendly service however should have introduced himself by name on arrival and didn't completely resolve my issues. Had to call in assistance from a colleague which resulted in extra time to resolve. At $150 an hour, every bit of extra time can result in an additional cost for the customer to wear.”

“Recently my old computer stopped working so I called Geeks on Wheels. TerenceN arrived, checked the computer, and explained the problem so I decided to buy a new one which he helped me to choose. He took the old one away to rescue any info that was still there, loaded it into the new one, and installed it today. TerrenceN was excellent, polite, easy to talk to, and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the company he works for to anyone.”

“Excellent service from Heath. Very personable and explanations and instructions completely understandable to someone like me who is not very good with technology, and truth to tell, not very interested either!! When it works it's wonderful but when it doesn't "grrr". Thank you Heath.”

“I'm writing this from my new and improved broadband. Joseph's customer service was excellent. He was on time and courteous, all health and safety protocols were followed. Joseph was knowledgeable and he solved every IT problem we had in a short space of time. I would use Geeks on Wheels again.”
