Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Having not quite got the job done right the first time, the second time we are very happy with the job done by the guys, Arrived when they said they would and the guys were very easy to get on with, will be recommending their services to friends.”

“The reason why I contacted GoW is because my fibre connection was slow and I had bought a wifi extender that I wanted them to install. When they came to my house and look they identify the problem (my modem was not good) and suggested I installed Deco. As soon as they plugged in Deco, my fibre shoot through the roof and I have never had a better connection in my whole house. Amazing service, great advice, fast turnaround.”

“Fashart was very easy to deal with. prompt to arrive. Got on with the job.Just one thing he didn't transfer the back data for myob to the laptop or myob couldn't find it.I have since sorted that. but he did get my nest camera system working. just got to get mums going now.”

“After my last visit from Geek on Wheels I was reluctant to use them again. I had a new technician who made mistakes and could not solve the issue and had to call a more experienced technician in. It took much longer for him to fix what the new tech had done and he finally fixed my problem. The issue I had was that I had to pay for every hour, even the hours where he made mistakes and for the hours to correct those mistakes. It has been many years since I used the Geeks after that experience. However, I am pleased I Ventured into trying them again. Weonsuk was incredible. He had a very pleasant manner and was friendly and explained everything clearly. I felt full confidence in his ability. I would have him back again without hesitation.”

“Geeks on Wheels is the best. I have used them three times and every time I have been more than satisfied. The last visit was by Rence Cayanan who was simply the best of the lot. I had three problems which he solved within 75 minutes all the time explaining his solutions to my satisfaction. In short, I got my money's worth from his visit.”

“I'm sure he did what he could.Basically said I need to look at getting a new computer. I was very happy he had reinstated my Skype - however I still cannot make or receive calls when I tried since..Maybe operator error buts its always worked before so its very disappointing.”
