Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“I would have rated Geeks on wheels six out of five but the system does not allow me to do that. This is the third time I have used Geek's on wheels and I am very happy with the service they provide. Many thanks Ben for going that extra 10 miles.”

“Very happy with Glen's knowledge and expertise as he was able to sort out a few problems on my computer and explain what was happening. I have answered your question about rating your company with a 4 - couldn't do a 5 as that would mean you were perfect and no-one is perfect!”

“My wife took the appointment, as I was unavailable. It seemed Christoff’s priority was to upsell the TP-Link equipment rather than to bring expertise and understanding to our issue. Perhaps this is the business model and we misunderstood what the service we were engaging.”

“I was very impressed with the service Geeks on Wheels provided. From booking with Steven to Maddy arriving on my doorstep the process was seamless. Maddy was both helpful and informative in sorting out my laptop needs. He was methodical in his approach and made sure i understood exactly what he was doing and what my options were. I would totally recommend Geeks on Wheels and Maddy to help with any computer issues.”

“quick prompt service, solution options offered easy to understand. repair processed in time quoted, set up alternate notebook so that I was not without service. overall great service from Ryan and team”

“Was very disappointed today, the way your customer service people related the job to Ryan. I went to great length to explain the problem to pretty much none of this getting passed onto Ryan, other than internet problems! C mon guys I have dealt with you for a number of years and this is the worst response I have ever had. Note my response below relate to todays experience only.”

“I was very impressed with Jacob's professionalism and his willingness to ask what I needed support with. He took his time to listen and explain each step of the way exactly what he was doing. I appreciated his ability to listen an he was non-judgemental as I am a kui (senior citizen) an have limited knowledge of technology.
