We requested help with installing a new printer/scanner (with ADF), due to a change in my email making sure emails also came to my phone and seeing if any contacts on my old email address could be retrieved. When I went to scan I was unable to so. I phoned you and Will, in 10 minutes loaded an icon which made the whole process make sense. At the same time he "altered the settings"to hugely speed up the scanning. DJ did nothing regarding the unbelievably slow scan,( which largely contributed to the long time he was here) except to say we should have bought a Brother model that you could have supplied. I still do not have emails coming to my phone. Sorry, but we feel we were seriously overcharged for the outcomes achieved.

I did not get any of the issues I wanted fixed done? I have paid for an hour of a techs time to be told it needs a more specialist person? While I understand the process, it was made clear the job when I registered it and what needed to be done. I’m left feeling like I paid 145$ to be told sorry you need someone else? Happy to speak to someone to fix this please Thank you Lisa

In total I was without my computer for 11 days. I still have work to do to set everything up correctly. This is the worst experience I have had from Geeks. I do not wish to speak to Sanju again thank you.

Phillip was great but I do believe this visit was a RIP off.In this case it was a case of pushing a switch,my understanding is that later Geeks built NzuPs have changed the reset button to make it easier.I appreciate the need for a standard call out fee but $145 for 10 minutes is disgraceful. M.East.

Hi Madeleine, thanks for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry you felt this way, unfortunately, we do have a minimum one hour call out fee which covers the cost of travel time, vehicle usage and technician time. I understand that in this case we have credited you back for half of this as a gesture of good will.

After having several appointments cancelled by Geeks On Wheels, due to inavailibility of a computer battery (which i had already paid for) Sam arrived unexpectedly on Monday afternoon, with the battery to install it into my lap top. He told me that due to the inconvenience caused to me through the battery not being available, I would be given a 20% discount on the first hour. He then took the screws out of the rear of the computer, attempted to get the back off it, then said he didn't feel comfortable doing the job here at my home, and asked permission to take it back to the workshop. I reluctantly agreed, (further inconvenience to me) and he then told me I would be without the lap top until Friday. He charged me for taking the screws out of the lap top, and gave me the discount. This amounted to $52.00. He then told me it would cost a further $300 odd to complete the job. I am not happy! 1. Several (at least 6) appointments cancelled due to Geeks not being able to supply the battery. 2. Being charged $52 to watch screws being taken out of the lap top, then being put back in. 3. Being told there would be a further charge of over $300 to complete the job (replace the battery, search for lost photos, and a general maintenance). This all could have been done within an hour here at home. I have told Sam that if there is any problem with finding the photos to not carry on. I have let them go. 4. I believe the Data Storage unit purchased through Geeks On Wheels and on which i had expected to recover the 2 or 3000 lost photos has never worked. Sam has this along with the computer. I am very disappointed with the service....especially when i have had excellent service in the past with great results. Efficient, fast and expert. Not this time! I am not at all happy with the service provided and would like someone (senior) to contact me with regards to my concerns. Dexter is a lovely young man but I felt he was out of his depth with 2 of the 3 simple requests which I had, both of which involved systems which I have worked with for the last 9 years - at least. I look forward to discussing this with you.

Very disappointed with the outcome certainly did not satisfy my expectations. Had to pay for service that was costly and left with another problem that will require attention,Will be contacting Geek again but will they respond?

We are having major problems with the fixing of our computer. At present we cannot use it. We want this fixed immediately. We ask that somebody else also be involved now. Please phone us Russell 0274446805 —Andy has been very pleasant to work with but appears to be having major trouble with our Mac. This has been going on for some time. Russell and Pamela Tregonning .
