Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Harry was great. Had my new computer and monitor all sorted, printer reconnected and new email up and running without a hitch. Made sure everything was working and I was satisfied. Recommend these guys.”

“From the initial enquiry made through to the problem's resolution, Geeks on Wheels' contacts with me performed to a high standard. By repeatedly trying possible "fixes" to the phone/hearing aids' problem, Technician SamR displayed a work ethic and thoroughness that was most impressive. His 'Visit Notes' - a copy of which he handed to me - are both copious and helpful. Altogether, a very positive house call outcome.”

“DavidW (your technician) was a pleasure to meet. He explained the issues with my Laptop in easy-to-understand terms. David identified other issues the absence of Virris Protection Software, for example. I have no hesitation in having David back if needed.”

“The gentleman that attended was absolutely fantastic! He was patient, professional, he listened to our concerns and acted on ALL of them! We have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience from start to finish! Even when he informed us of the extra products, not once did he try the 'hard sale', he let us know and we were more than happy to purchase these and at any stage we could've said NO, NOT INTEREST!!”

“Alex was very professional and more than helpfull. I understand that my computer is at the end of its life and will require replacement in the near future. I intend to get as much use out of it as I can. When it dies I would appreciate Alex providing the replacement and setting it up.”
