We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Great skills and a patient operator but I was charged for at least 15 minutes onsite time preparing paperwork. This was immediately remedied when the technician cleared cancelling this cost with management but it doesn’t leave me feeling good to have to query an account. It would also help if their call centre team had some technical knowledge to make the visit more time efficient”

Thanks for the feedback Darryl, much appreciated. The paperwork should be done without adding additional time to the appointment so are right to be concerned if you felt this was happening.

“Did not fix Laptop said it needed roughly 500 to 600 dollars to fix and would need to take away to fix. A friend came around later that day and fixed it by reloading windows 10, an hour fix and has run fine ever since. 1hr of 145 dollars down the drain, NOT IMPRESSED.”

Hi Dave, Sorry to hear about this, sounds like there has been a breakdown in communication at some stage (our fault) - your machines hard drive is failing which is causing the issues with Windows not booting. We recommended replacing the drive to fix the problem once and for all as re-installing Windows is only a temporary fix. Make sure you continue to take a backup of your files to an external drive to keep them safe. Really sorry we obviously didn't make this clear at the time and its great that the machine is up and running at this time, hopefully it lasts long enough for you to get some more decent use out of it. “Gurinder arrived punctually and very quickly identified the cause of my main problem and fixed it. He also showed me how to email a video that was too large a file to send as an attachment and left me a very clear set of instructions. I subsequently followed his instructions and successfully sent the video. Gurinder was courteous and professional.”
