We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“My husband and I had been going round and round in circles with Spark, to the point of just pure frustration, nothing was connecting & no wi-fi in the house. Our son recommended Geeks on Wheels and we were a bit reluctant due to the pricing, but we are really pleased we got in touch with Geeks on Wheels, Manny set everything up, suggested we upgraded to Deco devices as our previous device was old and the performance wasnt that good. We are absolutely delighted .. Manny got everything up and working and made sure we understood how the devices worked before he left the premises. He was very polite and extremely helpful, especially that we are technical dinosaurs.”

“Would totally recommend these guys - customer service and communication was great at all times. When it came to making an appointment they followed up with reminders of the date/time and if they were running a little late because of traffic or a previous call that took longer than anticipated, they called to give me an updated arrival time. Everything that was done, or needed to be done, to my laptop was explained in an easy-to-understand manner, rather than technical terms.”

“Donovan has overseen a difficult transition to a new hard drive plus programme involving several visits and one phone call. I found him obliging, patient, empathic, efficient and knowlegable at all times. After a disastrous phone consult with another person yesterday Donovan attended today and fixed the situation. Thank you.”
