We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Expected Joseph at 4pm , Harold arrived at 3pm. Pleasant guy. No internet on ADSL, however phone working, needed someone to check modem functionality and connections. Harold spent time conversing with internet provider and testing alternate modems provided/ connections etc . After nearly x2 hours we still have no internet and now our POS system is dead. In worse position prior to service. Internet provider now organising Chorus to investigate. Invoice arrived promptly $253. rating X3 stars for service , x1 star for outcome”

Hi Neil, Thanks for the feedback, really sorry to hear things could be fixed and your POS system fell victim to the troubleshooting processes. Will follow up with Harry and the team to see if anything more can be done - and of course if you need assistance after Chorus visit please let us know! I'm sure we can look at providing some additional support at no extra cost

Hi Ron, Thanks for submitting your feedback - sorry to hear we couldn't get your older software up and running - looks like the distributor will be in touch to help you with that and its a known issue that's beyond our scope. These things can happen when you have to run very old software for your hardware. Good to see that Sanju found an alternative in the meantime though. Hopefully the distributor gets you sorted soon and if you need anymore help let us know! First time we were unable to help from 15 sessions over the years, isn't too bad I hope you'll agree!

“I had a list of issues which I needed tidying up on my relatively new laptop. Peter arrived right on time which must be difficult to achieve given that he would not know how long previous jobs will take to complete. Impressive start. The main item on my list was that with the new laptop I could not access any of my Windows Office items. Peter fixed this by installing free software which works perfectly, and without the cost I had anticipated - excellent result. Peter checked off all of the other 6 items from my list and we were all done in 40minutes. Great result, great service. Top operator who is really good to deal with. Mike Roberts Mt Eden”

“A great company to deal with. When I could speak to an actual person on the phone rather than an automated voice I knew we were off to a good start. Booking appointment was easy. I was kept informed when technician was running slightly late. TerrenceN was excellent. Fixed the problem very quickly. Explained what had happened and why.”
