Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“We had a really good experience with Geeks on Wheels. The technician that came to our house was patient and explained what he was doing in a way we could easily understand. While he couldn't fix the main issue we had due to a problem with our Apple ID he sorted out a number of other issues we were having and explained how we could prevent the issue we had with our Apple IDs happening again. 100% recommend them.”

“Did not tell me anything I didn't know Did not fix the problems and now have to take back to PB Technologies after paying $325 for the pleasure Should have a no fix no charge policy”

Hi Wayne, we do have a no fix no charge policy so our GM will be in touch on this and see what we can do. If we couldn't find a solution, you will be refunded. If you engaged our services, whilst being aware of our costs and that your PC was under warranty with PB Tech, then it may be a different story. Either way, our GM will be in touch to get to the bottom of this!

“The GEEKS technician, Kevin, was excellent. Very thorough, polite and professional. Able to communicate things clearly. Proactively made suggestions to improve my IT efficiency (and speed) in home office. Tested my new B/W printer and existing color printer e.g. for scanning, PDFs, bank statements et cetera. Changed both from usb to wireless. Went the extra mile e.g. carrying my old printer down to my car! I can thoroughly recommend him.”

“Now that I can access my computer again I have found that my favorite site is now unable to work with the new Malware app on my computer. Kraisoft Everyday Jigsaw (which I pay for!) is now inaccessible. I've had no problems with this app previously. That's my only moan. Gurinder was great but we didn't test the app in the final moments. Any suggestions will be helpful. Regards Pamela Balm”
