We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“All working good, BUT Terrence forgot to bring the MDMI Cable and did not return to install it, I have since had one fitted by another technician. Also he refused to take away the packaging saying that I had to retain it for my warranty, absolute rubbish, He must think that I came down in the last shower??”

Hi John. Thanks for taking the time to review our services. We’re known for our very high standards of customer satisfaction but have obviously missed the mark in some areas here. I will have a chat with the technician and find out what happened with your HDMI cable and as discussed on the phone, have applied a credit to your appointment for the cost of the item. We also should have absolutely taken away the packaging as requested so I will discuss why this wasn't done on this occasion. Rohan arrived with a fabulous smile and promptly got to work working out my problem.No arrogance, no put down because I am old, he treated us with respect and humor. “Solved my printer problem. Investigated lack of sound on bedroom TV - no joy. A few minutes left to tidy up computer. Thank you very much. I wonder why Vodafone UFB is named under system details. My broadband/fibre is now with 2 Degrees.”

“Rence took the time to really listen to what I needed and the pain points I was experiencing with my wifi without rushing me to a pre-conceived solution. My wifi and all my devices now work on different channels, I can work anywhere in the apartment and I simply don’t need to think about my wifi connection anymore. Perfect!”
