We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Andrew was nice enough but feel your service is sooo expensive. Had Andrew told me the portable USB was $139 I would have said NO WAY. As soon as Andrew left I called Cello Tech and took my computer in and bought another with antivirus and labour and it was soo much cheaper than the one Andrew recommended. Take me OFF your customer data base and I WILL NOT be using your services again nor will I recommend you.”

Hi Tong, we are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the appointment you had. Thank for the constructive feedback. We take everything on board in this forever changing industry. Our current rates and stock prices are competitively priced within the industry and go under regular reviews to bring them into alignment if need be. It should be noted though that we do not compete with business models that are store front facing only (such as the one you mentioned). As per your request, we have removed you from our mailing list going forward.

“Terrible service from Harry and then also the manager. Geeks on wheels let somebody else change my appointment time without my consent and when I questioned it they wouldn't tell me who it was. I requested them to come out and investigate hacking of my computer and phone, all they did was send a salesman to try sell me a new PC. Harry wasn't doing anything that I was telling him.”

“Technician Harry -VG 5 Star. Gave me good clear diagnosis of the problem and took my machine away to your base to attempt data recovery. Recommended I purchase new machine”

“As always Yuri explained everything to us as he installed our update. Extremely patient with seniors, as I know we can appear very dense on technical issues. Have been using Geeks on Wheels for years now and will continue to do so as they are excellent.”

Hi there, thank you for the feedback and suggestion! While we don't do this for the initial appointment, we can book a Continuation appointment for the second visit if there is a carry on of work to be done from the original (this applies when booked within the first ~30 or so days).
