Rense was ex ellett in his work style. The reason was he explained what was needed in language I understood. Also we had a number of applications that required adjustment and that was completed to my complete satisfaction

Friendly, helpful and would recommend Bryn to others. Just needs to ask older people if they have a Gold Card before making final transaction, :-).

Not a great experience. I had arranged to have the computer picked up at 8 am because I had to go to work. It was my first day at a new job. Harry arrived after 8.30 because he'd ignored my directions and used google instead (he told me he'd done this). So google wasn't as accurate as the person who actually lives here! I got to work late and really flustered. Usually you guys are good.

Hi Megan. Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on the service we provided at this visit. It is very disappointing that on this occasion we relied too heavily on technology instead of heeding the clear and accurate advice given to us by you, leading to being late and compounding your stress of starting a new job. We normally pride ourselves on our promptness with over 90% of our visits being on or before the time planned by our call center! I would love to discuss this experience in more depth with you personally and see how we can rectify the poor service you have received this time around. I will attempt to make contact with you tomorrow (outside work hours!) to have a chat! Again, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and for giving us an opportunity to improve.

Rence was very professional and helpful.He was patient with teaching me about how to do a variety of things on my lap top. I am electronically challenged and he displayed excellent customer service skills in guiding me and explaining.

Rohan arrived on time, provided expert service and sound advice, fixed our computer issues. I am now replacing my 10 year old Toshiba with a new geeks on wheels supplied replacement. Great service thanks Rohan.

Serviceman spent a lot of time checking but found nothing wrong with my laptop. Problem (slowness) apparently caused by internet provider. Cost was quite high to be told there is nothing wrong with my laptop. Vodafone technician told me a call to them would have solved the problem without a cost. I know there is a minimum charge of 1 hour and I am disappointed serviceman did not find the cause of problem within that hour.
