Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Ashvin is a real asset to your company. It is always a pleasure to work with him. He always goes the extra mile. Ash was able to sort out a multitude of problems I was experiencing with my two computers and tablet with ease and efficiency. I am always grateful for his explanations and insights. “Rob has been helping me with an issue relating to log in problems in accessing an American organization which had changed its security codes two weeks ago. The new security code required a phone number, but my NZ phone number did not work. We contacted the IT help line in America, and got no help. The person in America said we needed a US phone number. Rob found a way around the problem by signing me up for a US phone number with an eSim. Throughout this process Rob was very fast and efficient as well as being very friendly.”

“Sam was very very helpful and was able to answer my, probably dumb, questions. At nearly 87 I am not at all technically minded and he was very good and didn't make me feel stupid. All being well I will take his advice and in a years time ring Geeks on Wheels for a new computer. Sam gave me 5 star service.”

“When I called up to get help with the problems of my phone being hacked I was told that a technician would help with that and was assured that my internet and phone would be checked and wiped of any malicious software on my phone. As it turns out the technician could not help at all with my hacking issue as they could not see it in action.... He said ge couldn't check my internet and had no device to scan my phone or check for malicious software. I was completely mislead to what geeks on wheels could offer. This was a complete waste of money and I have no results. I do not recommend this company whatsoever and should have been told on the phone before I made the appointment that they could not help me with my hacking issue. How ironic, call up a i.t specialist about scamming and instead get scammed by the I.t company.”

“Thought the tech needed more training on kiwisat upgrades as it took awhile to find out the LNB setting were wrong . They did agree not to charge all the time they were here”

“The service from Jacob and his trainee Jason was exceptional. I explained to Jacob what my concerns were and left them to it. He checked everything including checking that my new printer is properly connected to my laptop and that the printing was perfect. He updated the firmware software on my printer as well. I was concerned about emails that I was receiving about my icloud account and he suggested that I subscribe to the GOW safe program which I gladly took up. I feel safe now that I know my computer is safe and that GOW is looking after all my security issues.”

“A lot of time flashing around the computer without a successful result - appeared time wasting. Update appreciated, but time taken to allow emails to send WOW!! My printer had been connected to the computer and probably I had disrupted it somehow - so it could connect - more flashing of computer and printer. From this performance I was loath to raise the rest of my queries!! The cost for what was achieved I feel was extortunate and furthermore the new password failed to open the compute!!”
