Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Angus was very professional and explained everything in language I could follow. The computer and phone now do what I wanted. I do think your prices are rather high.”

“A big thank you to Vivek in Invercargill, for helping my 90 year old mother, Vivek had excellent communication and patience to help mum with her new tablet set up, having these people skill sets, allowed mum to easier understand the new change with her tablet without feeling pressurised. With Vivek having these people skills it made this so much easier for mum. I would highly recommend Vivek for the elderly. In addition Vivek helped myself with a tx and set up with a new Laptop. Anyone wondering who should help their elderly loved one with IT ( and my age group) in the Invercargill region, contact Vivek.”

“Geeks on wheels were recommended to me recently, so I arranged for them to download my old computer programmes onto to a new model. My original computer was very old and problems were had due to the old programmes not reloading correctly, so their problem was not an easy one. The service received from Geeks was extremely professional, while their attitude and all round abilities were I felt, exceptional. I have no problem whatsoever recommending the Geek team for any computer problem or service. My thanks to both Rueben and Alex, you have a very happy customer.”

“I would recommend Geeks on Wheels, as I have been a client over the last 16 years. Only one disaster in all these years I within the statistical range of expectations. And as they say, is the putting it right that counts. May be some technicians would benefit from training in IT methodology, but overall, they are a great bunch of geeks.”

“James was given a puzzle to solve and he did. He reset the computer and said we could re set, which we have done and now everything is running properly, it was interesting that when we turned the computer on it did not ask for all the settings we had enter after he did a reset for us. Email etc, going well. Please let him know.”

“Unable to resolve problem on line - Geek was onsite within 2 days. Appeared onsite punctually - addressed problem and was gone within 30 mins. Excellent service.”

“Following a breach of security on my Desktop, my bank took the precautionery measure of disabling my internet access until I had a full clean completed. My initial contact with GOW was referred to me and initially an appointment was unavailable until the following Monday but I was put on the cancellation list and was contacted on Wednesday to advise Rob was immediately available. This was greatly appreciated. He was professional, friendly and very competent.”
