Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“Excellent friendly service. I've used them a few times now and they fix all the little issues which have been driving me crazy for months! A good value and easy way to upgrade your computer too.”

“Our Geek (Aman?) was amazing. Came on time. Helped with our PC then because he had time fixed our apple tv for us. Polite, respectful and very obliging and knowledgable Thank you so much Alwasy good service from Geeks on Wheels”

“We're so pleased to have chosen Geeks on Wheels. As Seniors & not computer geeks we were pleasedto have Paikea guide and show us where togo & what to do. Paikea was very patient with us, professional & certainly know his way around the computer. He sorted the issues and called back hen we had a coupleofminor issues. In future ifwehave computer issues we certainly would like Paikea to assist us. thank you & Regards -Graham & Thava Guy.”

“Rob from Geeks on Wheels came to our place and fixed our Alexa speaker within 1/2 hour. He didn't muck around and did a terrific job. When we find the second speaker We will call him out again... straight away. Thank you Rob and thank you Geeks.”

“I am pleased that Geeks on Wheels was willing to take the time and effort to help me out with changing the battery for the APC box underneath the computer desk. However I am not happy about the fact that after Jacob had turned everything off to do this job, he somehow ended up disconnecting the printer from the computer. He did make a number of attempts to fix the problem, but I don't think he wanted to really try to get the problem solved in a responsible manner. And then charging a lot of money. I am not happy about this. one. It would be most appreciated if you could get someone to come over to fix this problem please. Also better communication would be most helpful as well. Thank you. “Wall mounted my TV, got all my apps up and running. Check router speed and install a new one. Jared and Anthony were awesome. Felt very comfortable with them and they answered all my questions. Highly recommend them”

“Paikea helped greatly with my multiple iPad and cellphone queries.. Considering the large cost of your service it would be very helpful and courteous if you could include a follow up phone call a day later to check nothing had been forgotten.. e.g. how I operate those two camera circles on back of cellphone and also to tell me if I have protective security in my cellphone.. Thank you.. Inda Adams..”

“The Email account set up in Microsoft Outlook on my wife Heather’s new PC (as per below) has an incorrect account name - Heather Ray NOT Heather RAE and she is concerned that her Emails have the WRONG name. Heather’s new PC has a Microsoft 365 Office Software installed under my account name gcookrae@xtra.co.nz and I am unable to make any progress in getting access to her Outlook account to correct her account name. Can you please do something to help Heather otherwise she will become an VERY UNHAPPY customer”
