Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Geeks and each time I have been impressed. Justin was no different, brilliant, put things into language an old guy can understand. Might be time to renew my old computer. 🤔”

“Good communication on when arriving. KieranG very friendly and professional. Health and Safety check completed and 1TB HD prvided and set up. Cleaned up PC and answered all questions while sorting out a sync issue. E Kieran even undertook to do some research into an issue related to the Deco TP Link system I got from GoW two years ago. If he sorts that out 5 stars going his way.”

“Geek Technician Ross brought me up to speed with my Mac computer. Over two hours he patiently explained some of the latest features to my Mac and reunited me with some that I’d forgotten. I have called on the Geeks for 10 yrs+ and will continue to do so.”

“Had computer issue on day 1, called Geeks, no response (understood that closer to the end of the day), called them again in day 2, wait for few hours then had a guy (Lafi) called back. Was very frustrated that without my laptop for overnight, was thinking is it worth to pay annual fee as my husband and I are hardly to call Geeks (but each time our computer issue was a seriously problem). It has changed my mind about stop the membership when Lafi called, he is very very patient, extremally rich knowledge on computer, provided professional service, he fixed all my laptop problems within a very short time, on top of it, he even helped me to clean up my laptop, removed any unnecessary things, I very appreciate with his help. We have decided to continuous the membership with Geeks on Wheels because of Lafi, Geeks should be proud of what Lafi has provided to customers, well done Geeks on Wheels and Lafi. Cheers”
