for many years myself and my family have availed ourselves of the excellent service that the Geeks provide. For some inexplicable reason my laptop decided to send all to diagnostic. A phone call and OK some monies later, it was all attended over the phone. Some software problem apparently.BUT it was fixed without fuss . One again thank you Reuben Geek !!!!

These folk are now my 'go to' for any computer/tech related issues. After two days of frustration a very patient Andy talked me through sorting three devices over the 'phone. I am now well sorted and ready for the start of next week and the 'working from home' challenges. Cheers for the usual high standard of service.

Pleasant GOW guy but disappointed with the level of diagnostics which was a HD issue with a HP laptop. Wasnt repaired and I had to pay invoice there and then. When I rang HP to clarify a separate warranty issue they lead me through the and hard drive was fine it's a system reinstall required. Have requested partial refund. Let you know how I get on.

My second callout. Very convenient. Good response on arrival. Hard drive crash on boot up ("CRITICAL PROCESS DIED"). HD replaced. Good estimate of final costs when considering options. I opted for replacement of HD only - about 1/3 price of replacing whole PC (hp All-in-1). Job sheet said I declined A6 processor replacement ("new PC" in my terminology). I do Word & Excel stuff and store family photos etc. so like to have storage and speed for those tools (and future software upgrades), not video games and the like. Call me a Luddite, but I object to replacing a computer after only 4 years ... My decision was graciously accepted and efficiently actioned. I will use them again.

Good service and our wifi issue mostly fixed however the Sonos connection is cutting out periodically.The Spark landline via wifi is not working however I understand that this maybe a Spark issue

Had a problem due to downloading Catalina on Mac. Aarmon helped me with the decision on os platform and sorted out sound and printer issues. After that aswe had time left on the hour he did a health check and optimised the computer. Really great service would not go anywhere else now

Geeks on wheels ruined my laptop. I was promised a faster better system with a replacement hard drive that was recommended by Geeks on wheels. Hard drive replaced but my laptop keyboard is not functioning. Embarrassingly GOW offered to sell me another keyboard. I felt obligated to sign and get rid of the operator as I had to go out. Would not even offer to fix my keyboard and make my laptop function again. If I treated my customers this way I would not have any. Completely dissatisfied. I have been completely misinformed - Completely ripped off - Stuck with a computewr that came back worse than when I sent it Geeks on Wheels. You suck totally.
