In my end very bad service!! Bought a phone a little more than a month ago, only work for 2 days. 3x before they said they can send me a phone. 4x they said they will send me a phone, once I received the phone I will send the other back. Called today very wrong information!! I waited 13 days now they are saying I have to send the phone first!! The worst phone company ever and customer service!!

cant get in contact with nobody. it's say chat room opens at 7 AM and there still not working i called they won't even say my whole number saying it's wrong smh this company is trash...

I had to call these people four times, three to ask them to cancel my service and they did not but kept charging me. I contacted them and a supervisor told me there were not notes in my account and he could/would not refund. He then asked if I wanted to cancel my account. Damn! How many times and people do I need to tell? THEN he asked if I also wanted to cancel my automatic deduction from my bank! I said "That's part of cancelling an account! You charge people if they cancel their account with you but don't ALSO cancel automatic payment." The reason I wanted to cancel was they cut my service about a week and a half after a payment and said it would return within three days. It never did. I cannot say how angry I am at these people. I cannot give them one star to be honest. I disputed through bank and as of this date, have received no refund.

Representatives were in town giving away the "free" phones, also selling a better quality phone for $30.00, I bought the $30.00 phone...Big mistake! After spending a lot of time there (they had multiple problems with getting the phone activated for me as well as trying to take care of quite a few other people that stopped to sign up) After getting home the phone i paid for would not work, I tried several times making "test" calls, phone would not make or receive calls, I drove back to the site where they were and stated i wanted a refund/the phone was not working, first they told me they would not refund my money because i already became a customer, well that made no sense. They said i needed to leave the phone with them and come back in an hour. I returned an hour later and they gave me 2 options; I could either let them keep the phone to bring it for repair, they stated the phone was in fact broken, or offered a refund of my $30.00 and give me one of the "free" phones. I chose the refund of course and agreed to take the "free" phone, they gave me my $30 back and one of the "free" phones, during the process of them activating the phone, I asked them 3 TIMES if this was in any way going to affect my "lifeline" status that I had with my Internet service provider, all 3 times when I asked, both of the ladies stated "No, it would not" After waiting again a long period of time they gave me the phone saying it was all set, all activated and I was then on my way home after 3 trips there! Well this morning I get an email from my Internet service provider stating this......."You’re no longer enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program through Spectrum. You may have chosen to end your participation in the program, or you no longer meet the program requirements, according to the FCC" So now I have to go through leaps and hoops to get all of this resolved and get my Internet service discount re-instated with my Internet service provider as I need that to continue, Needless to say i am going to make a formal complaint. Beware of the "free phone" promotions and get all the facts before you are a victim of a nightmare mess!

This the plan that I'm on is amazing and yes Jen mobile has so much to offer and what it's capable of is just wonderful wonderful thing for what being on a government fixed plan. However I cannot make my Sim work anymore it just stopped I have tried to call a text he was not able to help me everything he had stated to do I'd already done and then he puts me on hold and then he hung up I don't think he meant to I have not had my phone working in over a month and a half and I've tried everything I can to get that Sim working and I've had no help Jim mobile please help me and my stars I promise you will go up I think you sincerely and I do want to keep the service I just need better customer service and help thank you.

They were at the grocery store trying to sell phones for $50 . They got my girlfriend's information and caused problems with her ACP eligibility. They shouldn't be allowed to scam people.

The problem is the employees lie first time I called they said 4 to 48 hrs no one called then I called on Monday they couldn’t find my first ticket now it 24 to 72 hrs the right hand don’t know what the left hand is doing worst service I was with metro they were bad but this is horrible I would rate them neg 99

Worst mistake i made when i transferred to this company, only was a customer a few months but always seemed to be having to keep adding money into my account so i decided to transfer to another company and what im going to assume that once they had received a transfer notice they decided to just disconnect my services and have not given not one legitimate reason as to why they disconnected my services and now i cannot transfer my original number to the current service provider i have now..

On hold over an hour, only to be disconnected 1 minute after connecting with tech, who did not call me back (had my phone number And a land line!). Got thru second time (long hold time again). Tried everything with tech, only to be told I'd have to purchase a SIM, because mine is a Sprint, and they do not work with them anymore. Been without phone service since May 29th. Now July 19th. The Chat feature simply goes unanswered....just turn it off!! Noticed today, they have reduced their hours. Guess there was no need??????

As far as setting up service and receiving my phone everything was very quick. However, I am enrolled in the ACP program and they sent me a free device. I didn't anticipate anything extravagant because you get what you pay for but I did expect it to be more than slightly functional. With no apps downloaded plenty of space available the phone is the equivalent of dial up connection. Opening the pre installed apps takes at least 5 min after you click on it. Like text messaging etc. Picture quality is that of a 2004 flip phone the only thing missing is the black and white snake game.

Just got my free government phone today on June 23rd when I signed up it said the service was Verizon come to find out it's team mobile.. I was told it was Verizon I'm really disappointed that's it's not Verizon and when it Finley got to my house tryed setting it up I done everything it said as of right now it doesn't have any phone service so if anyone else has a idea? If Verizon is still sending out there phones please message me on here

I am with Gen Mobile for over 2 years. They used to be really good. Since the change to TMobile it's the worst service ever. I purchased the 3 month plan and have nothing but trouble. Most of the time it doesn't even get a normal phone call through. It never connects to the internet when I leave the house. I (and others) have checked all the settings. I haven't used ANY data that I paid for all the 3 month. I called several times and nobody picks up the call after more than an hour on hold. The on-hold music is torture. I left a call back number and someone called back the next day to tell me they can't help unless I have another phone to give instructions. I am alone and have no other phone available. When I bother other people to let me use their phone no one picks up again. Never mind they had me buy another phone when they changed to TMOBILE. The phone is just like their service, the WORST ever. I want my money back!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! BAD BAD BAD

Terrible Terrible Service!!! Took 13 days to finally receive my phones after having to email them a few times but they sure took my money right away.. Now.. Ive been calling for over 2 hours to activate them and no one answers. Their chat does not work and emails take awhile for them to get back to you. I keep calling and wait for awhile and hang up and call right back and still nothing. And they have really crappy music playing while on hold. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Doesnt seem like a good company!!

I'm fed up with this company. I came to the USA for an IMPORTANT reason to which I NEED a US phone number. I was told this was the best provider and oh- I WAS FOOLED. I have paid for special shipping in order to receive it in 3 DAYS-4 DAYS. IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK- IT'S IN CALIFORNIA for partial shipping. I'M IN MISSISSIPPI. What a joke. I have asked for my special delivery to be refunded and an update on my order- they haven't replied. My friend is also in the US with me and we are currently on customer service and have been on hold for so long with the most irritating music. She has also had trouble with the delivery and activation of her sim card. We desperately need our US numbers for work. It's affecting our clients. What would happen if there was an emergency? Pick up and sort it out.

Moved to the US from the UK as a young 20 something girl who has never travelled all this way on my own before - desperately needed a phone to be able to call home, call for services out here, and just generally have a working mobile phone that can use should I be in an emergency or in any other need. Two weeks later - yes, two whole weeks - I receive my sim card. So I go online to be able to chat and activate it - well, guess what! Their online chat function does not work. Okay, so ill try put the sim card in and see if I can phone GenMobile to activate it - guess again! I can't make any calls so i cannot activate it! Waiting currently to hear back from the email support team to see if it can be activated there but very disappointed. Shame on you GenMobile for marketing yourself as a provider that cares about its customers, especially those who have travelled from other countries to the US, and letting them down like this. Will never, ever, purchase again from here and will be warning friends who wish to travel to the US.

Ive called customer service THREE times and have not been able to reach ANYONE! The first time i choose "receive a call back when its your turn" ...i never received a call. The next time i sat waiting for 38 minutes and NOTHING. The third time which was today i waited a total of 1 hour and 12 min before i hung up. Im trying to get in touch with them to let them know it wouldn't let me choose the "bring your own phone" option...it just wouldn't allow me to press the button on the page. The phone they sent me is SO messed up. The speaker is messed up so if you want to use social media you cant hear ANY videos nor turn your phone on speaker phone when your on the phone.... Next problem is you have to keep it on the charger almost all the time. When you take it off the charger it goes dead within a hour and on top of that it freezes ALL the time and you have to take the battery out and turn it back on. PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER MY CALLS OR CALL ME! I dont want to put my number on a REVIEW but my email is rebeccagarbler@gmail.com . This is ridiculous.

Gen mobile is by far the best I’m the current market they super exceed and far surpass other companies such as access wireless and ect ect! If you have the privilege of dealing with gen mobile go for it! Hands down the best out there.
