“I am so glad I eventually placed my order with Get Laid Beds. Some of the reviews online were not flattering but I was really keen on their solid wood bed in walnut. The quality of the wood is amazing and was professionally delivered and assembled in really quickly.”

“Get Laid Beds were a lovely company to deal with. My requirements were very specific due to limited space, and they were clear with the specifications of the bed to reassure me of its size and construction before I ordered. I spoke with them over the phone or via their online chat and each time they were really helpful. It's such a refreshing change to call a company these days and someone answers the phone! The quality of the bed is great and my daughter is delighted. The only issue was with FedEx who messed up the delivery date and even though it wasn't Get Laid Beds' fault, they were kind enough to rectify it.”

“Service was good, the website works well to browse and choose a bed, and I had no issues with the bed arriving or the quality of the bed. However, they could do some more work on the assembly instructions as they weren't detailed enough”

“Beautiful bed frame, good quality, feels really solid. Customer service chat function really quick to respond and delivery was faultless. While assembly was pretty straight forward, it did take me a while to assemble bed. However I managed it fine by myself with an electric screwdriver and a tape measure. Guidance of where to screw legs to headboard would have been helpful! We needed a completely flat packed bed to fit up the stairs and this was the only one we could find. It also happens to have been a good price and a beautiful bed frame.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry for the delay caused by the couriers. As an online retailer we do have to rely heavily on outside couriers to deliver our orders. The couriers had mistakenly sent one of your boxes to the incorrect depot. Something that Get laid Beds cannot control. The couriers contacted you directly with a delivery date for the missing item. I can see you have been in contact with a member of the Management team and they have offered the refund of your delivery fee for the delayed service. “Professional delivery and all the bits were there. The instructions for assembly are not quite up to Ikea standard but we got there in the end! I am very happy with the bed. :)”

“Well made bed frame. Delivery & assembly excellent. I had asked for the height & was given 23.5cm. But that is the length of the leg. The actual height is to the topside of the slats, 16.5cm. We had to purchase a 3” top-up mattress to give our preferred overall bed height. So take that into account if you buy the low platform bed.”

“I was really happy with the service that I received from GLB. The sale price was great. Emails were received updating me on the progress of my bed being made. The delivery slot was given the night before and I was sent a text when I was the next drop. I could also see the drivers progress on a map at that time. The delivery driver himself was polite and helpful. He seemed a cheerful guy. The bed was well made and well packaged in three long but small boxes. No issues with the quality of wood used. The instructions could be better, to make any possible mistakes clearer to avoid. The bed took two and half hours to build, using a drill. And I appsolutely love the bed...”
