Got the Oxford Bed. Looks very nice, very sleek. The delivery staff were fantastic, so friendly and funny. They had it set up in no time!

I was able to track my delivery so i knew exactly what time the bed would be here. The lads that delivered it were lovely, polite and had the bed put up in no time.

The bed is great but the instructions on how to assemble it are terrible. Pay the £40 to assemble.It took 2 people 5 hours of working out all the missing information in the instructions. The person responsible should hang their head in shame! Five hours I'll never get back!

I was expecting part built but was from scratch, the amount of pieces you get feels a little scary. Quick service from GLB from order to delivery. On the phone very helpful when you have questions. Delivery of the piece was ok but not amazing and not very helpful, they seemed rushed and did not explain anything at all. Product instructions could be a little easier for people to understand. Over all good service, and great produce end result

Beautiful Frame and that's about it. There's a reason why they don't list the installation instructions anywhere. The Shoreditch requires that you screw in the joints and slats, which makes assembling and taking the bed apart nightmarish and ruins the frame. The quality of the screws are extremely low end that strip or have had the heads torn off while trying to penetrate the oak. I have about 3 or 4 screws that had their heads ripped off and sticking out of the frame. The king size provides a central support piece which is not shown on the instructions or the 3d model online. I tried installing this above the slats, under the slats, and without (as the instructions do not clarify where/how to install it and the 3d model omits it). Regardless of where it's installed it doesn't touch the floor or falls in line with the other salts. without the support it slopes inwards horribly. The other horrendous issue with the bed is the squeaking. It's horribly loud. You can't roll over without making the entire frame squeak... Handmade doesn't necessarily mean quality it means errors and more expensive. Get yourself a Thuma if you want a quality frame that is silent and easy to assemble/reassemble. Avoid this company. They don't deserve your money. There's a handful of other issues, like paying for felt pads that weren't installed. Unhelpful support team when trying to figure out the central support. I can keep going, but avoid this company.

Responsive and helpful customer service throughout. Prompt delivery, quick assembly and stylish bed with extensive storage. For a reasonable price too. Very happy with the service and product.

Great solid bed, lovely workmanship. Easy to assemble with an electric screwdriver or by hand if you have strength. Had ordered 2 beds about 10 years ago from this company and pleased to say quality has remained high. Those older beds remain sturdy and still look good. Will use company again when needed. There was an issue with only part of the bed being delivered on the day specified, the other part arrived the next day. Problem of the courier, not the company, since both parts had been sent out the same day. Little annoying since I had waited in all day and you aren’t given a time window. Customer service can’t be faulted. Answered phone quickly and kept me informed.

Would definetly avoid. The whole experience was ridiculous, starting with delivery. Ordered and paid for the bed to be delivered on 23/05, but nothing arrived and not been notified of any delays. Contacted customer service to ask what's going on, as not bed not arrived and was promised a call back shortly - nobody bothered. Contact them next day, to see what's going and "they need to check". At the same time, informed them I will be away for the next 2 weeks, and if the cannot deliver on the day, not to deliver until my return - same story "we'll call you back shortly" but no-one bothered again. Of course the bed gets delivered first day I am away - the driver basically ditched it on my neighbour's front door and drove off before she had a chance to say anything - bed now needs to stay there for foreseeable future. Upon my return, find out there is various damage on the bed - contact customer support again and the response is "assemble the frame and probably you won't see the damage, if anything is showing you might cover it with a throw(!)". Ask for a delivery refund, so I can buy the neighbour a bottle of wine - completely ignored. Start assembling the bed, find out screws are missing, being told to either sour e myself or they will send over - another few days lost until these arrived. Finished assembling the bed, damage is still visible and find out bed creaks like there is no tomorrow - they tell me to send over a video, so I did. Response? Start disassembling the bed trying to figure out what's wrong with it. At this point I give up as had enough of dealing with it, so send an email informing them my patience is out, to which response is "is the bed still creaking?". Yes, it's still creaking

I ordered a super king size ottoman bed and paid 2000. on the delivery day, the guys arrived early and started to assemble it. At a certain point, they started to leave. They told me that a part was missing and that I'd need to speak to Customer Support who would offer a speedy, fix it next day, service. Meanwhile the mattress is standing vertically. They suggested that I put the mattress in the half completed bed frame, Heath Robinson style, in the mean time. I immediately contacted the Customer Service, they proposed a delivery date in 6 days time, I replied immediately and said yes. A day or so later, I received a confirmation email of the new delivery date, but in 2 weeks time, not 6 days time. when I contacted them and asked them why, they told me that I had not replied quick enough. So today is delivery day hopefully. The company feels like it is staffed by low paid, unskilled workers. It feels very sloppy, with a lack of attention to detail. I thought I was buying a Mercedes, but now I think I'm buying a Mercedes thats been put together by beginners.

First class from start to finish. Good communication. Kept to delivery, used reliable courier. Beautifully made and easy to assemble with a little time and care. Good colour choices to match flooring. Absolutely delighted. Took me hours researching online to find this company but it was worth it. I'll try to get a photo without the 4 dogs on it!

Bed was delivered when stated and is very sturdy. The men that built it were not that friendly, get in and out with little interaction.

Absolutely awful service. If you’re looking to order from this business think twice. When things go wrong they will make no effort to rectify. They will be condescending, fob you off and then go on to cancel your order without your say so. Their website has different delivery dates to what is offered on the telephone. You will be waiting at least 2 weeks. The website has issues processing payment. Misleading delivery times on the website. When you raise a complaint it’ll most likely be dealt with by the person you’re complaining about or who processed your initial complaint. These people managed to really screw up. I would not recommend them to anyone who values service and experience. Can’t comment on the product as they cancelled the order without my say so. But I wouldn’t want to sleep where this came from anyway.

Medium pet bed Good: + Well made overall. Wood feels sturdy + Good paint job + Arrived on time + Easy to assemble + Looks good Bad: - Defect in one of the legs means the headboard isn’t flush - Two slats too wide to fit Really annoying: I asked customer service for the internal dimensions before purchase as we already have a mattress. I was told that the dimensions on the website ARE the internal dimensions, which seemed odd so I pressed but the agent insisted: yes, the website dimensions are definitely internal. Bed arrived: the agent was wrong, I now need a new mattress. Would have bought elsewhere if I had known! I then took the time to email and the response was pretty much ‘oh, sorry about that’… Summary: bed pretty good, though their quality control a little subpar. Customer service: pretty rubbish.

We visit a showroom where it has a glossy look and feel and initially get great service when we order. The bed we chose is there to see, assembled and looks and feels just right. We order it with a mattress and assembly for something like fifteen hundred quid. In the grand scheme, that’s a lot for a double bed, but that’s ok. The delivery is rapid but problem one comes with delivery and assembly. The delivery folks not only don’t build the entire bed, they damage the bed while they’re doing it and then scarper before we saw - they literally just downed tools and left with not a word. Didn’t tell us they’d finished, didn’t ask us to sign, didn’t even say goodbye. It felt like they ran off to not get caught. So, I have a bed that wasn’t fully put together, that has been damaged by sloppy workmanship and where it was put together, the build quality is like a toddler making a Lego set. There are gaps in panels, things not screwed together flush, supports not screwed on tightly - it’s a bit of a horror show and stinks of a shoddy rush job. When it comes to putting it right, Get Laid’s customer service is so inflexible, so lacking in user friendliness, fails to grasp the situation to such an extent that the only way they can fix their own staff’s hash of delivering and building the bed is to put us to considerable trouble involving the hassle and faff of returning a bed to them, getting a full refund and ordering another one while our four year old (who the bed is for) does what…. Sleeps on the floor? Why is it not possible to collect the bed and deliver one that isn’t damaged? I’m sure there will be some half baked, can’t be bothered, logistical drivel to ‘explain’ it. An initially good customer experience when buying ended up as a MasterClass in not cleaning up your own mess. So if nothing goes wrong, Get Laid are fine. If something does, my experience has been that they’ve been dreadful at fixing it. I’d suggest looking at the reviews here - the poor reviews have a theme - it revolves around the delivery staff and their capabilities. Guys - get a new logistics partner. When c. 8% of customers reviewing you say similar things, it’s time to listen.

So easy... ordering is simple, straight forward and fast! Bed was delivered on time and I had chosen to put together myself. It came with all clear instructions and took 30 mins to assemble (one person!). Good quality, sturdy bed - just love it!! Will definitely order from them again
