“I ordered a Low Tokyo Bed in Coffee Bean for my daughter. The bed was delivered a day earlier using the white glove service, which was fantastic. The driver forgot to leave the assembly instructions and fixing kit but as soon as I called Get Laid Beds they were extremely apologetic and put them in the first class post and I got them within a day. Assembly of the bed was really easy and one person managed to do it on their own. I also purchased a 2000 pocket sprung mattress from them and I have to say it’s one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. We absolutely love the bed. Overall the service from Get Laid Beds is fantastic, everyone you speak to is super polite and really accommodating, willing to do whatever they can to ensure you’re satisfied. I felt the cost of the bed and mattress together was reasonable for what I ordered. It’s really good quality stuff!! Would definitely recommend Get Laid Beds.”

“Spotless!!! Reasonable price, delivery on time, the delivery guys willing to contact me and specify the details of the delivery, and the bed works as I imagined before ordering. This bed makes my life easier!!!. No more calling for help to get out of bed is needed. Well thank you so much.”

“Fantastic bed. Really thrilled with my space saver platform bed. A great idea for my not so big bedroom and enabled me to order a king size frame. Pure luxury! Easy to assemble and delivered on time! Very happy.”

“If I can give 0 stars I would have.,.Our bed is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow and after waiting for almost 2 months and selecting "assembled delivery" , I got a email now saying they cant do assembly and will leave it outside. When queried about it the customer service have not been helpful at all .. looks like the company is going back to how it used to be with customers https://www.theguardian.com/money/2017/jul/24/get-laid-beds-tuffnells-courier-faulty-bed I should never have gone with them.. not sure what expect once its delivered now”

“Lovely Tokyo low space saver bed with floating shelf in warm white. Bought for our grandsons when they stay. Bed is very well made and easy to put together. Customer service were very helpful when I had a query regarding the differences in beds, helping me decide the best bed.”

“Very poorly finished and packaged for such an expensive bed. Patchy varnish, scratches and scuffs all over the wood and no protection whatsoever in transit - just loose wood on a box. Less than half the parts I received are useable. After four days, I'm still waiting for a response from customer support. Appalling.”

“Received my new bed last week and put it up straight away! Looks beautiful and stylish in my bedroom. I chose the grey wood which goes with the decor of my bedroom. Beautiful finish and easy to assemble. No problems with ordering or delivery - very straight forward!”

“Super happy with the service. Unfortunately the bed arrived missing 2 legs, but when I called about this, I got straight through to speak to a very friendly and helpful member of the team. Since it was going to leave me without a bed over Christmas, the company managed to fast track redelivery of the missing parts and now that it’s completed I’m really happy with look and comfort of the bed. Great service overall.”
