“Great customer service from the first enquiry and throughout. The bed was delivered as promised and fitted expertly by the company. I discovered this company online by accident, but all my beds will come from them in the future. Excellent all around!”

“I bought a bed frame. It was delivered on time and the drliverers were friendly and professional. They took away all the wrappings. I have not not yet used the frame as I am waiting for the mattress. The product looks good as per description but yet to see the performance. I am giving 4 stars for now. I will come back when I have used the product. Hopefully it will be 5 STARS.”

“Easy to use website and place order. Delivery came as expected on date given. Found it very easy to put beds together following the instructions that came with delivery. Beds are a great. I'm so happy with this purchase. If ever I need a bed I will order again from 'GET LAID BEDS'”

“Lots of assembly, for the cost it should have been in sub assemblies, I understand it meant less packaging but offset against assembly time by others for this, the price is over.”

“The overall choice and service are very good but we were disappointed with the method of construction of our floating bed and the instructions to build it. The components are of good quality but the construction relies on screws alone so the finished article is prone to creak and apparently move. The instructions are oversimplified and there is an error in what screws to use where.”

“Mostly pleased with my new bed. Shipping was a bit difficult as I had 5 of 6 boxes delivered so couldn’t build my bed when required. A few boxes had some small damage and a few bed parts have dents/marks, I’ve just built this in a way that you can’t see them as I needed the bed ASAP. Quality seems quite good, it’s a bit more “flat pack/ikea” than I expected but everything went together nicely and the build was simple.”

“Wow. I am well and truly impressed. Mine was a flawless experience from start to finish. From the ordering process, through to the delivery and assembling service we hired, everything was awesome. The bed itself is amazing too, and exceeds expectations. The 3 installers put the bed up very quickly and were really nice. It would be great if all companies provided such quality goods and customer service. Well done to you all!”

“Very pleased in all respects. Order was easily placed and delivery date was able to be chosen and the bed was delivered on the correct date. We were able to track our order on the delivery day and it all arrived in perfect condition. There were good instructions for assembly and the quality of the bed is excellent and we are very pleased with it.”

“The quality of the bed is really really good. To assemble it on the other hand was tricky. They send me the wrong instructions, I needed to make some assumptions to go through it.( they sent me instructions for a similar type of bed). For instance, the forehead and the mechanism were different from what I got in the boxes. resulting in me consuming a long time on how to fit everything with a similar type. A lot of guessing to have my bed assembled. It took us approximately 3 hours, something that ruin our expectations, giving us a bad experience. Please be sure and double-check what instructions you are sending, and make the instructions clear (clear picture, what parts we need to use..) The quality seems good, but I'm not sure it's worth the experience of assembling it”

“You need a better delivery company/arrangement. Having to stay in all day with zero notice or delivery slot isn't feasible for most people, and now the delivery driver has given me 2 of 6 parts and can't even guarantee the rest will come today, meaning I have to be in for the next 3 days without leaving the house whatsoever just to make sure I get the delivery.”

Please do call our customer service team who will be happy to help with any delays. They will contact FedEx for updates for you. FedEx do only offer an all day service. We do have other delivery styles you did not opt for which include an estimated time of arrival time slot. As an online retailer we do have to rely on outside couriers for a large quantity of our deliveries. We are very sorry that this service failed on this occasion. “We got our lovely bed delivered and assembled in half an hour! The two men were polite, efficient and helpful as well! The bed seems really sturdy and well made and we were pleased to learn that Get Laid Beds gives us an 11 year guarantee! Our first two nights were great - many more years like this hopefully 😊”
