“Not great value for money. Several hours of self-assembly involved, with minimal instructions, and one box of parts was missing. The wood had lots of dents and nicks. For what we paid, I expected a better product. Would not buy again.”

Good Afternoon, We are very sorry that one box was delayed in transit from the collections depot to the delivery depot during the delivery from FedEx. As an online courier we do rely on our couriers to deliver all boxes together, we are very sorry for the error that caused one box to be delivered on a different date. We can replace any of the parts you are not happy with if you wish. We would need a few photos emailed to customer service and they will be able to replace the parts that have marks on them. The Platform Storage (no headboard) bed is one of our most simplest beds to put together. Please do let us now if there is any feedback in regards to making it easier, eg the instructions to be simpler or different or any other feedback you can give. “The delivery team refused to assemble my bed even though I paid for assembly, because they didn't have a legal place to park. Ultimately not a big issue, put it together myself fairly easily BUT - they told me I would get a refund of the assembly cost and I don't think I have received one.”

They do need to be able to park and leave the van safely for all other road users and authorities. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed. “Great bed - easy to assemble! Delivery was great and able to track items and was contacted when they were half an hour away! My little boy loves his new bed - single bed but low to the ground so it's ideal for him to have more space but still be safe with oy being a low style one. Thank you.”

“The Low Oriental bed headboard is much lower then the photo I have seen on the website. I am frustrated with this buying order. Hope you can seriously look into the size then to deliver.”

“The delivery of the bed was on time and the quality of the bed overal is very good. We are disappointed with how the bed was packed, as the polystyrene has damaged the felt floor protectors. Considering we had to pay extra to have these protectors, we are very annoyed that this happened.”

“This is our second bed from Get laid beds Excellent service from ordering to delivery . The sales lady so helpful Bed solid really well made and comfortable. The 2 gentleman who put the bed together excellent as well polite respect the home got the job done quick and clean . Highly recommend these beds . They are excellent.”

“I LOVE this company! Cannot recommend them highly enough. I ordered the king sized low oriental bed in white with square legs and I honestly couldn't love it more! The website is great - all options are so clear, with plenty of photos & a brilliant 3D simulation so you can even see what the under side looks like. Ordering and arranging delivery was so easy - choose a delivery date that suits you. Contact from the company regarding delivery on the actual day was SUPERB - multiple updates of their estimated delivery time & you can actually track the van on a map. The 2 delivery guys were amazing - they carried the bits up 3 flights of stairs & into the desired room - and they were also just so friendly and helpful. Exceptional service :-) The bed was also partially built so putting together the remaining bits was simple. It looks beautiful, classy and sleek now its in position...and most importantly, I have slept like an angel ever since! It is strong and sturdy and I just love it! I'll probably come back and buy a 4-poster bed from here soon when we move into a bigger property!”

“I would love to write a review on the bed, unfortunately I have no idea what it's like. I paid for their white glove delivery and build and delayed the date of delivery to one that could accommodate the installation also, took the day off work as until late the night before you only have a 7am-9pm delivery slot. Only to have the bed dumped the next morning at 7.40 with the driver saying 'yeah I'm on my own, nothing I can do, can't build it and can't take it to specified room.' Of course you can't get through to the company until 9am, for them to say, 'we'll try to send someone out in a week or two for the build, nothing else we can do.' Such terrible service, my advice would be to go elsewhere, such as big bed company. The service and after care is far superior. Hoping once the bed is built that it isn't going to be as terrible as the delivery / aftercare service. I can imagine it will be a nightmare to return if it is.”

Good Afternoon, Please accept our apologies for the delivery issue. Due to illness in the delivery teams one Van did have to only have one driver. The Logistics Managers were unable to let customer service know until we opened also. We apologise that the timings did not match up and we were unable to call you to make you aware first. Sadly your delivery area is only on a Wednesday with the assembly service, the soonest date we could offer you was the very next Wednesday. We have refunded you the original additional Assembly fee you have paid for the failed assembly on the 19th. The team will be attending to assemble on the 26th. If you wish to return your order once it is built, we can arrange the team to come out and disassemble the bed frame to take it away. Please be aware it will be a Wednesday due to your postcode area. Once it is returned you will be refunded. All refunds a processed within 14 working days. We do hope that you are happy with your bed once it is assembled. “Bed arrived on the scheduled day. I was sent a message beforehand to tell me an estimated time of delivery. The delivery men were friendly and delivered the bed to the bedroom of choice. They were quick to assemble the bed in the room. Most helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend.”
