Brilliant! Top quality product and second to none service. We wanted to source a lower bed base for physical needs and thought we would have to sacrifice the storage space in the four underbed drawers of our previous base. Wrong! We chose the solid pine Otterman base and now have even more storage than before! All staff, office and fitters were efficient and helpful - even received an immediate answer to an email query on a Bank Holiday Monday! Now very happily Laid every night!

Great ottoman bed- you can tell it’s very sturdy and loads of storage underneath. Peter the delivery and assembly driver was fantastic despite having to assemble the bed by himself on the day

The title of the review is when is a bed, not a bed. Answer is when it arrives by the carrier but they would not hand it over because they have incomplete paperwork, so no bed was received on 18/5.

Bed looks good but disappointed with the instructions for setting it up given the bed cost over £1000, not a premium experience. Instructions didn’t match exactly what needed to be done, pictures were representative rather than exactly what needed to be done. If I’d paid a couple of hundred quid I’d say it was expected, but not for a premium product.

The original express service got canceled, had to reschedule for a week later. Received a bed with faulty parts - so couldn't get my bed assembled, currently have to wait 2 weeks for the redelivery of the parts and assembly. Time between original delivery date and the scheduled date as of right now is a month. The Delivery/assembly personnel and customer service representative handling the original purchase order (Thia) were lovely.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry were were unable to fulfil the delivery for the 10th of May under the express service. Due to the type of bed design and the chosen hardwood we were unable to push this through for a service that is not normally available on this style bed frame, despite the best efforts of the customer service team. The additional fee was refunded for you. A new delivery date was offed and accepted for the 17th of May. The selected assembly service is only available once a week in your area therefor this date was the soonest we could offer you with the same service. The bed arrived and sadly there was an error with the long rails, these parts could have been assembled by the team in the meantime to allow you to use the bed before the replacement parts were delivered, however a decision was made on the day not to assemble the bed. A delivery date of the 31st of May has been offered for the replacement parts to be delivered and bed assembled. Due to all parts being made to order they do need to go through the correct production process which means they could not be made any sooner. This turnaround time is also due to the assembly service only being available in your area once a week. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations, its very disappointing for us to have an unhappy customer. The bed is perfect, looks exactly like the website photo, easily assembled, robust, solid and pleasing to the eye. Love it.

WE ARE SOOOOOO HAPPY WITH OUR NEW BED!!! So simple to put together, very solid. The mattress is so high and comfortable I slept so well.

Ok so the beds are great. I’d add though that there needs to be a central support underneath to help distribute the weight of the occupants. Would I say they are worth the money? To be honest no but they did have mostly what we wanted by way of stylising and wood. We paid for the white glove installation. It makes it out to be a lot more of a premium service than it actually is. It’s simple things. White glove would denote real care to leave the area as was found. There was a lot of detritus left which wasn’t great. Maybe a revisiting of how Get Laid Beds describes this service would be more pertinent. Another simple thing.a made mattress was left out. The matress wasn’t put on the bed. Now if you’vegot a limited mobility this could be a real swine to deal with, and yeah I have limited mobility. Now there was no way they could know but a simple thing like a little customer service would have gone a long way. Would I recommend Get Laid Beds? Yeah for sure, the beds looks fantastic and there’s no way I could have built it so really it was all good.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for leaving an honest review. We are very sorry that our White Glove Assembly Service fell short of all expectations. The team are required to clean up after themselves and place any mattresses purchased from us onto the frame for you. Due to hygiene reasons they are advised not to place used mattresses on the frame, however they are provided with protective gloves they can use and if asked to do so they can place mattresses on the frame at their own discretion if they are happy/able to do so. I was so happy with my experience with the company, from Trisha in customer Service who was really helpful and super responsive, to the two delivery people who put my bed up in 15 mins! I’m so happy with my bed too, it’s solid and really elevates the room.

I'm so happy with my bed. The delivery was seamless and the assembly straightforward. One of the pieces of the frame had a label on it suggesting that the wrong order had been delivered, but when we rang to check, we were reassured that we'd received the correct delivery, and so we had.

Nice looking bed but slats did not fit snugly (see photos) and central support incorrectly drilled, so not wowed by build quality. Didn't help when I saw it was now 30% off!

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your honest review and images. We are sorry to see you are disappointed in the bed frame. The slats are not designed to sit flush right up to the sides of the bed, we have found that this causes unnecessary noise with wood flexing on wood which is easily avoided by having the slats spaced away from the side rails in such as way. If you wish to contact customer service directly in regards to your point raised about your central rail we can look into this for you further, I cannot see any communication from you in regards to this issue only your review. Please ensure you securely screw the headboard together with the screws into the empty holes in the legs that are visible in your photos.
