“You were supposed to deliver the bed kast Monday. It came and was faulty- I am still waiting for confirmation of replacement date. This is the second time I have ordered something from Get Laid Beds - the first time the wrong sized mattress was sent.”

“Overall bed was easy to put together. There was a slight split in the wood which hadn't gone all the way through and some of the slats were difficult to align. However, overall I am pleased and I am assured by the reviews that if anything should go wrong then it will be rectified. Delivery was good and phone call beforehand. I would have had bed put together but that service was not available in my area.”

“This is the second bed frame I’ve bought from Get Laid Beds - they’re just in a different class. Properly engineered so that the assembled bed is solid, with no wobbles or squeaks. The slats provide the perfect base for any mattress and they stay in place! Great customer service; on-time manufacture and delivery, good communication (not too much, not too little!), I would recommend 100%.”

“The best quality bed I've ever had. The ash wood is beautiful, and the finish is so smooth. All parts were well made and marked, so it was not a problem to set it all together. Definitely, this is a bed for life. ”

“Overall the item looks as expected and the setup was easy but at the end of the product assembly, it became apparent that more structural stability may be required. The middle bar is not joined to the main bed frame in any way and the main wood exterior can be damaged simply by stepping on it at the wrong angle. Im expecting either cracks or damage soon if not careful...”

“We ordered our three free samples and they came very promptly. Customer service were excellent with supporting our queries and responded quickly. For a custom made bed, it came very quickly and without any delay. Zach and Cy did a great job with assembly and we had our bed all ready in about an 1 hour. Well worth the cost.”

“I ordered the bed with assembly and this meant it took a few weeks to find a delivery date. On the day I was kept up to date with arrival times and the staff were really friendly and quick putting the bed together. The bed seems to be really nice quality and looks amazing in my loft bedroom 🙂”

“Cy and Jay made my delivery and installation a dream - they communicated en route , arrived when they said they would , were efficient and so helpful . The bed is beautiful quality - Low Tokyo in walnut - I am so happy with how it looks. . The Customer Service person I talked to on the phone was also so helpful and the whole process has been incredibly professional, slick and painless . I couldn’t be happier . A huge thankyou .”
