“Really solid bed for the money, looks nice and was pretty straightforward to put together, although I can imagine it would take a while without a powered screwdriver. Still not got laid though, I maybe missed something in the instructions.”

“Excellent product - I'm now sleeping better than I have in years - and excellent customer service at all stages, both before and after purchase. I really can't think of anything negative to say at all. Oh, and the little gizmo which allows you to track your delivery is also brilliant, so top marks all round.”

“I am pleased with the purchase. It was easy and the staff were helpful to assist me to choose the bed I was looking for. The bed looks nice and strong. I am unable to comment on how comfortable it is as I bought it for our new home and we have not moved in yet.”

“Ordering was simple and when I called to change the delivery day, service was really good. Unfortunately, the full white glove service wasn't available in Cornwall, so I had a carpenter friend help put the bed and drawers together. I ordered a 4ft bed and 4 storage drawers having made various phone calls to Get Laid Beds customer service where I was told that 4 drawers wouldn't fit under a 4ft bed (despite the measurements suggesting otherwise, although these were also incorrectly printed on the web site). I went ahead and ordered 4 drawers anyway and they fit perfectly well with space to spare, so I find it odd that staff don't know their own products. The instructions for putting the bed together could have been clearer. The headboard was difficult to assemble due to it not having pre-drilled holes for the screws and the wood kept slipping. Putting the drawers together was even more difficult, getting the wood slats to fit was really very hard for two of the drawers and they had to be forced to fit. Also, the 30ml screws (which were missing altogether from one pack) were too long for the job they were intended for and one came through the front of the drawer. Fortunately, that side of the bed is against a wall so wasn't too much of a disaster, but we didn't use those screws for the other drawers, instead I found some that were a better fit. Given the high cost of these items, I don't think they are good value for money.”

“The only reason why I have decided to give 4 stars and not 5 is because for the pictures we saw on the website we expected the ottoman bed to come with a white floor base which then was not included. Apart from this, we love our new bed, how robust and unique it is and worth every penny. Additionally, we loved the "White glove service" provided by Dan & Pete who even removed their shoes before going upstairs and treat my partner so politely, thanks very much X”

“Delivery was due on Thursday March 30th. I was disappointed, because everything was going well and I had been given some help over the arrival time of my bed, because I live with Parkinson's. Unfortunately, due to some administrative error, an incorrectly sized part was included, so the pleasant and efficient men were unable to complete the construction. They were apologetic and informed the office. The next morning I received a polite email from Cara, saying that the first date that they could deliver the correct item and complete the construction of my bed , was Wednesday April 5th, and they could not give me a time. I replied, saying that I had a Zoomed study session from2.00-4.00pm on that date, so didn't wish to have their noises in the background. Cara couldn't reassure me as to the exact time, which I do understand, As I did NOT wish to wait until after the Easter holiday, which would mean 10 days without my new bed, I have reluctantly agreed to this. The company has reimbursed me £25.00 for the original delivery. I am not really contented with this compromised situation, as the bed that I am having to use currently is not so suitable for the effects of PD, and is up a further flight of stairs. I cannot comment on the bed itself, it is only the delivery that I can review and not the actual bed, which I hope and believe, due to other reviews, will prove more than satisfactory.”

“It was easy to order and pay for just the beds and services we needed at sale time and to defer delivery to our required date almost two months later. We were kept informed on the progress of the beds: manufacture and readiness for delivery. On the day the expected delivery time was updated progressively by Jason and Cy so we knew quite well when they would be at the door. To ensure cleanliness, they took their shoes off on entry. they then took the bundles of parts to the bedroom, quietly assembled the beds and placed them just where we wanted them. Before leaving, Jason and Cy gave us diagrams and information about the beds and checked that we were satisfied. We were!”

“We were so happy with the service from Get Laid Beds! It was easy to book a suitable delivery date, we were sent regular update emails and the bed was delivered early on the day we choose. It was packaged well so the item wasn't damaged. The instructions were clear and it was easy to ensemble. The material of the bed is of such good quality and there were some lovely small details like the logo being printed onto the bed slats. The finished product looks classy and of high quality. I would highly recommend this company.”

“We have recently purchased a bed from Get Laid Beds. From the first contact requesting a wood sample through to arrangements for delivery and everything in between, the staff have been friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. Even the instructions to assemble a SuperKing electric bed with underbed storage drawers were easy enough for a general ability DIY person to assemble without a problem. The quality of the bed is excellent and it looks lovely too. Thank you Get Laid Beds, we would definitely recommend you to others and order from your company again.”
