A fantastic experience from start to finish. We visited the showroom and were seen by Ellie. Ellie was always available when we had a query and let us try out many of the beds for as long as we liked. There was no hard sell at all but a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Ellie had all the information in her head which was very impressive given the wide range of beds available. We picked the White Glove + Assembly option. The two people who attended were efficient, professional and friendly at all times. It was a pleasure to meet them and they (and Ellie) are a credit to Get Laid Beds. A friend of ours recently used one of the beds and said it was one of their best night sleeps !! We will be recommending Get Laid Beds to all our friends in the future.

Current review is 1 star only. The instructions for the underbed storage boxes did not match the items delivered so I am unable to build the second box. The bed itself has not been fully delivered - the legs and potentially also several bed slats are missing. Delivery was only on Friday so I'm hoping this can be resolved, but so far there has been no response at all to my emails. Will be looking to pursue through the courts if my emails continue to be ignored.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave your reviews. Emails sent over the weekend may take a little longer to get responded to due to different staffing levels and office opening times. On Mondays we respond as fast as we can to all enquires that have come in. We are sorry for the delay. The missing hardware was arranged to be sent out for you on Monday. We are sorry that your order was split by the courier, all items are dispatched together by us and collected together by the courier. Once it has been received at the delivery depot the boxes are organised to be loaded onto vehicles. It would have been at this point the mistake had happened. We did contact the couriers to make the necessary arrangements to have this mistake rectified as soon as they were able. I can see that you have been in contact with them to organise a different date more suitable for your availability. We really do apologise that you have been affected by this mistake. As an online retailer we rely on outside couriers to deliver the majority of our orders and it is disappointing when such issues occur. Excellent quality and service. Easy website to negotiate with options to decide what we wanted. What we ordered is what we received, on time, well-packed and reasonably easy to construct. We are delighted customers.

Easy order process and good delivery. Good solid bed , non squeaky. Did get a little bit confused with what was the headboard pieces. Maybe numbers on each piece might have been useful with corresponding diagram.

The self-assembly was very difficult. The guidance was poor. No fitting guide and no measurements for slat distance and not clear from the diagram. Pilot holes were not straight and they did not match or enable the slats to be fixed to the frame. New holes were required - not what I expect given the cost of the thing.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is disappointing that your experience has not been a positive one. We do not provide a guide as to where your slats are to be placed down the length of the frame. This is left to you to space to your requirements. Normally these will need to be spaced evenly as possible for most mattresses. However as we cannot know every particular spacing required for all mattresses available in the UK we do not provide set holes for the slats in the frame. We do offer additional slats to be added if your mattress required smaller gaps however. I can see that you have been in contact with Customer Services in regards to the pre drilled holes in the slats. We are very sorry that these were not in the correct places to choose from the 3 provided. As stated this was brought up in our management meeting with the QC team. I've now got 4 beds from Get Laid Beds, 3 space savers and an Oxford. All purchased over a number of years. So pleased with the quality and look of these sturdy beds, wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Easy to assemble. Good service and communication regarding delivery.

Fantastic customer service, speedy and friendly delivery - sharing driver location and time to arrival was great... no waiting around wondering when they will arrive... a joy! The bed itself is super stylish, really well made and was a doddle to assemble. I bought a mattress from get laid too, and it is really comfy. I don't want to get out of bed in the morning (because I am so comfy....). I'd recommend Get Laid beds to anyone.

Very happy with the bed itself, well made and easy enough to assemble. Shame I didn’t get any assembly instructions which would have made the job much easier. Very disappointed with the quality of the slats however. 6 of the nine I received had loose knots, one had some pine sap on it and most weren’t adequately sanded. I contacted Get Laid beds and they replaced the 6 slats. 3 of the replacements also had sticky sap on them, one of those on both sides and one was badly split through the knots. In the end I had to glue several knots in place and sand the slats myself to make them suitable for use. I have an expensive mattress and it deserves a good quality, clean and smooth base on which to rest. I hadn’t expected to have to finish part of the bed myself. Very disappointing. The slats have proved to be a big let down for an otherwise well designed and well made product.

Whilst the item itself is good and what we ordered, unfortunately the delivery/assembly was not good. The bed arrived with the wrong size supporting struts and as a result the frame was assembled and just left propped up against our bedroom wall. We then had to chase you re the solution for this and we’re told the earliest someone could come out to rectify this was 1st of December based on your assembly teams availability. This was an issue for several reasons; firstly we are a mere 15 minutes down the road from where you are based I’m sure you could have tagged on a first thing visit to quickly rectify this error onto your daily schedule the following day. Secondly the assembled and left bed frame is king size and as a result large and heavy and we have a toddler who it easily could have fallen on as we didn’t have anywhere we could store it given it’s size. Additionally my partner is heavily pregnant with complication and it could have caused her injury had it fallen plus she was left without a bed. After chasing we asked that as it was purely the struts missing could someone not just drop these off and we would sort and assemble it ourselves. Clearly your assembly teams were still saying this couldn’t be done until the 1st so a very kind employee (we think her name was Trish?) from your contact centre ended up dropping them off to us on her way home. We really appreciated this but think it was probably down to this individual going out of her way to sort it rather than Get Laid the company ensuring the error was rectified quickly. All in all disappointing as we shouldn’t have hd to chase and sort a solution to this.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you had the wrong size slats,this is not what we expect for our customers. This has been raised to the QC team in the daily meeting we have with them. And the individuals will be managed accordingly. When you first contacted us on the 28th, the workshop and logistics team were already finished for the day. The Customer Service team had to wait for information from the logistics team the next morning. Sadly, on the morning of the 29th you called us before they were able to give us a date. Customer service do only start at 9am and logistics had not yet reached out to us. Trish was then away from her desk most of the day trying to get everything arranged for you. Finding the best way to have it delivered to you. In this instance she offered to deliver the slats herself. This is the level of service we would expect from all of our Customer Service team. It is not unheard of for a Customer service team member to go above and beyond expectations where possible. The soonest date the assembly team were able to reach you was the 1st of December. The logistics Manager was not able to have his team arrive any sooner nor was there availability of a different team. Luckily Trish was able to provide help in this matter to deliver it herself. Your replacement slats were delivered on the 29th. We are glad we could rectify this issue within 24hrs for you. However it is very disappointing that the error happened in the first place and the original replacement delivery date of the 1st did not meet your expectations. Great product and great customer service. I paid extra to have it delivered slightly earlier and it arrived on the day as promised. It was also very straight forward to assemble, I manage to do it on my own.
