“regular customer. disappointed that because i click on the wrong button and didn't choose the white glove installation option, you aren't willing to provide this service afterwards even though i'm happy to pay extra.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. I can see that you didn't order the white glove and assembly service on your original order. After it was delivered I can see you contacted us to add the Assembly service. Due to the frame and the way it has been delivered ( flat packed fully) the assembly service is not an additional option we can provide after it has been delivered. “I ordered this bed for my son and we are delighted with it. I needed to amend the order and this was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. by the company. The bed is stylish and straightforward to put together and so comfortable. I would recommend them to family and friends if they are looking for a new bed”

“My partner and I were looking for an ottoman bed for a while until we found Get Laid Beds. From the get-go, we were really impressed and happy with them. We asked them for samples of the finishes which they sent immediately. We ordered our bed and the delivery was perfect, We chose the white glove delivery and it was delivered on time and assembled perfectly. We are so happy with our bed and it exceeded our expectations.”

“I am delighted with the bed. It is exactly how it looked on the website and is exactly what I wanted. The guys who installed it were super - efficient and were in and out in less than 30 mons. My only comment is nothing to do with the bed but I had placed a separate additional order for the felt feet and the installers didnt know anything about it. Fortunately they had some in their kit so were able to put them on. Any idea what happened to the order? I actually placed it over the phone. Otherwise I am really pleased.”

“Our 3rd bed from Get Laid & since buying the first 2 we have moved to Northern Ireland, nevertheless the order went smoothly, arrived on date expected & was exactly as ordered; we’ve put it together & all went well with that too. Would recommend 👌”

“Delivered on time and in perfect condition, no bits missing. Reasonably easy to assemble and looks really great now it's completed. Delighted with the colour and the quality of manufacture. I would highly recommend Get Laid Beds.”

“We had two beds and mattresses delivered and paid for the white glove assembly service. Communications were good throughout the process and the guys arrived within the time window. We were somewhat taken aback that the delivery and assembly service apparently didn't include carrying the beds and mattresses upstairs to assemble in the bedrooms. Luckily we had our builder there to help us carry them up, otherwise we'd have been at a bit of an impasse as it would be pointless assembling them in the lounge! I'm not sure this is in small print that I didn't read or if the delivery guys were pulling a fast one?”

“Overall a good service and product. Though if you don’t have a good powerful screwdriver (I was manual) I’d suggest paying to have them build the bed. I had to re drill a few holes that hadn’t been fully drilled and in hard wood, screws don’t like to just go in. A few blisters later it was built. It’s a solid good bed and the service and delivery times were as they as.”

“The bed seems good quality, instructions are poor for the storage boxes and say things are labled and they are not l, creating a lot of faffing about. Due to the length of the storage box (full length) it flexes when pulled and all the slats fall out. Maybe it’s because we put the biscits even end and not in the centre but the manual didn't say this. Frustrating to say the least it”

“I was very excited about my bed coming but sadly the instructions to put the bed together were very lacking. After three hours of three adults trying to put the bed together we finally managed it, although, some places still don't look like they fit quite right.”

“So thrilled with our bed from Get Laid Beds. We have a very narrow staircase so when we ordered our bed the warehouse were instructed to pack the bed in to lots of small packages. I spoke to customer services a couple of times to discuss the difficulties of getting a new bed into our room of choice. They gave very helpful advice and had obviously come across similar issues before. When it arrived there was no stress getting it in to the room and it was super easy to put together. I loved how we could choose the wood we wanted for the bed and it goes in the room perfectly. The mattress we ordered is extremely comfortable and we feel like royalty sleeping in such a comfortable and beautiful bed. Highly recommend!”

“I'm glad we visited the showroom as the sleep consultant couldn't have been lovelier and we ended up buying different to what we'd originally thought. The grey wash on the website just doesn't do justice to seeing it on a bed. Delivery was also great. The only thing we'd change is to have position and drill holes for the lats. Other than that the whole buying experience was fabulous and I'd 100% recommend Get Laid.”
