The bed is great quality but I've marked down because the instructions are terrible. My partner and I are competent at building furniture and have done it a lot recently but the instructions are far too minimalist and leave out key information like which piece of wood the image is referring to and which way round it goes. We also ordered a King Size and were sent a piece of wood that on the instructions is said is only needed for the Super King + so weren't sure whether to include it or not. Please, make your instructions more detailed and then this would be an excellent service.

Fantastic bed and really comfortable mattress. This was our second purchase from Get Laid Beds. Delivery was also excellent with very accurate tracking information. The whole process was easy and communication at every stage was great.

Bed is brilliantly constructed, good quality materials. Instructions clear, extra screws included. Excellent and comfy bed. Downside was that I only found out at checkout that the advertised "white glove and assembly service" and even getting the bed and mattress into the right room ("white glove" only) is not available north of the border, or even in some parts of England. It was one of the reasons I went with Get Laid in the first place as that information was displayed in the "delivery" information and I would have happily paid for it, by the time we had decided on a bed committed to it, we then found out at checkout that we couldn't have the bed constructed for us. Since we don't have an electric screwdriver, the "35 min" for assembly were more like 3 hours, so bear that in mind. Still, we do like the bed a lot - just keep in mind that the delivery info might not apply to you!!

We absolutely love our bed. Beautiful wood and colour. A little disappointed that the drawer for underneath is as small as it is for the money paid and there isn’t two.

Really good quality bed and so far is very comfortable. However we found putting it together was super complicated and the instructions given were little help. The header was the most difficult part as the screw holes were not allocated correctly and there was little explanation

I come from HK and find difficult to get deep clearance bed to suit my need. Luckily get to contact with Get Laid Beds.... It is a fantastic bed. I exchanged many email with client service team in order to modify and suit my need. Also, those all are solid wood. I think I can use for a whole life. My husband said that it is the one we have ever had.... Super Bed....

Sofa R so good! Boxes arrived but 2 were missing and arrived after the weekend... It was fun putting the bed frames together - the wood smell and knowing that we were going to have natural beds....with organic mattresses at the ready!!!

---Delivery--- 2/5 I ordered the ottoman bed without white glove delivery to avoid an additional month for delivery in my area. I had to wait for the courier for 5 hours as per the slot given. The courier only delivered 1 package over 7 without explanations. Then an hour later 6 packages got delivered by another van. Very confusing --Assembly-- 2/5 Thankfully hobbyist woodworker otherwise I would have struggled. It took me and my partner 4 hours to assemble. The drawings are not exact or some are missing (piston assembly). I strongly recommend a mallet, a powered and manual screwdriver, a wrench, and a measuring tape. The piston assembly was the most painful without clear instructions. The inventory was difficult, none of the srcews counts matched. The assembly was so cumbersome that I will not have to disassemble this bed anytime soon. -- bed -- 3/5 Just about OK, the pine is soft, can be prone to scratches, I regret not going for harder wood. This is an expensive bed for a pine bed. The wooden frame is wobbly when lifted, it does not inspire solidiy. It is pleasing esthetically.

Good communication and the delivery date that was originally given was stuck to. The courier called when approx 20mins away and the tracker link on the email sent prior to delivery worked. Bed is great quality and very easy to put together.

I received my new bed from Get laid yesterday.The delivery men were excellent at their job & I had no complaints. When I ordered the bed I was a little frustrated that for some reason it was not possible to get my bed assembled by the get laid team but when I rang up a compromise was made:my new bed would be delivered to my room of choice! I don’t mean to use the disabled card BUT Shem I smell disabled & live alone & there is no way I could have carried the bed & mattress upstairs to my flat alone. Also going back to delivery I had to employ someone to assemble the bed fir me-not ideal. Anyhoo the bed was assembled this morning & it’s a quality bed no doubt about it. I’m so glad I found the get laid guys & im just a little sad I don’t get to try out my new bed & mattress until tomorrow as I’m away tonight.If the guys had assembled my bed it would have been 11/10 !! But I have to take of two points as I had to spend extra money getting it assembled so it’s 9/10-we’ll done guys & many thanks!

The worst experience ever! The delivery crew were very rude and after talking to the customer service and the manager, I realized 'being rude' and 'not aiming to solve the problem' is corporate culture. I decided to return the bed! I told the manager, 'Do you realize what you are saying is illogical? and he responded, 'it seems like that but that's the way it is'. Save yourself a massive headache and take your money somewhere else. The full story. The delivery people did not want to assemble the bed because they were a mattress in the room. While obviously there was enough room for them to assemble the bed. Then although I told them to wait for me to call customer service to find a solution, they left, leaving the boxes against my wardrobe door. Customer service said we will go out of our way to send someone to assemble the bed for you, but you need to send us a picture by 4 pm that the mattress is against the wall. I told them, I have chronic back pain and need to hire someone to put the mattress against the wall and I cannot do this two times (hiring someone to put the mattress against the wall to send you the picture and put the mattress on the floor again as I need to sleep on it overnight, and then again hire someone to put the mattress against the wall in the morning. I will do this one time and in the morning before your crew comes here, and they said NO, we will not send someone to assemble it then. I told them do you realize you are illogical, and the manager said, yes, but that's the way it is. I should add when I told the manager that I have chronic back pain and cannot move even 2 kg let alone move the boxes away from the front door of the wardrobe and you need to send someone to take the bed the next day, he said the boxes are not that much heavy. Unbelievable!!!

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry that you feel the delivery team were rude to you. As I was not present I cannot comment on the actions of the delivery team, however they did report the failed assembly due to insufficient space to build the bed and made us aware of your level of anguish expressed while they were there. Sadly the delivery team were not able to assemble the bed frame on site. The reason they were not able to assemble was due to the destination room not being cleared beforehand. It was a small room and contained too many items in the area they needed to build the bed. This is a requirement set out very clearly in the communication you get prior to delivery. We do not provide a clearing or removals service. We are very sorry for any confusion caused by this. I have listened to the call made to us. The customer service advisor was very apologetic. He did have to ask you politely to allow him to speak as you were constantly talking over him whilst he was trying to advise you on the best solution. He was very clear in his understanding of your heightened frustrations and apologised multiple times. He offered a gesture of good will for the inconvenience to you as part of the solution. He made you aware that we will come back to assemble the bed but the room will need to be cleared. You accepted that but we will need to arrive in the morning. After speaking with the Logistics Coordinators the Customer Service advisor arranged the team to come back the next day in the morning as requested. However when he confirmed this and repeated that the room needed to be clear you then declined that solution and made the demand that we come back that evening to move the boxes and then to come back again in the morning to assemble. Contradicting what you had asked for minutes before. You then spoke to the lead Logistics Coordinator, you did not speak to a member of the Customer Service Management team. He manages the direct delivery teams and who had been advising the Customer Service team member as they felt they could explain to you the solution clearer, removing the need to speak through the Customer Service team. I am very sorry for the way in which this part of the conversation was handed and that this did not help resolve the frustrations you already had. A collection of the bed frame was arranged and this has been successful today. Your full refund will be processed today, please allow up to 10 days for this to show in your account, however most banks processes are much quicker usually between 1-5 days. Once again please accept my apologies for any frustrations and inconvenience caused to you in regards to the failed assembly and the service you received. Kind Regards, Marie Customer Service Manager

Professional, prompt and friendly service. Quality of the product and the under-bed drawer storage is even better than it looked in the pictures. Kept me informed every step of the way and did everything as promised, when promised. Cannot fault a single thing and would recommend to anyone.
